    Hello 👋🏼 I’d originally planned to upload this as one single video, but when I put it all together it was like 1 hour 45 😂
    So what I’m doing is splitting it into 3 or 4 videos, and I’ll be uploading them over the next few weeks.
    Not sure wether to one a week or what 🤔 let me know your thoughts please.
    The job is all done, so looking forward to sharing it with you.

    So many things I love about this installment no pun! Matty the road trips are so fun, getting those sets. Then do course if I knew how to slow down the fast forward bits I would watch every second of this project. Thankyou Matty and crew.

    Excellent as always matty, I can’t wait for the next instalment. It’s nice to see the client keeping those flag stones and using reclaimed, anything else would not look right with that beautiful property . Your attention to detail and experience is what in my opinion makes you and your team the best in the business.

      Brilliant, really looking forward to the follow up videos. Surprisingly there's very little info online or on youtube about laying reclaimed yorkstone and the challenges it presents.
      Really appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos and sharing all your tips and tricks. Great source of info. Well done.

    Loving your work, your attention to detail is second to none, even though its just a drive 😁 fancy a road trip to Sussex I am looking to do a reclaimed cobble drive.
    You sorting through that pile of cobbles I my dream come true, would love to select all what I need.

      Love this. Yeah see where you say “it’s just a drive” I know what you mean, but to me it’s much more than that.

      I love using these kind of materials, I may be interested if you are serious and don’t mind a long wait.

    Love your work used to do landscaping when I first left school changed careers around 7 years ago your attention to detail is remarkable just a quick question I’m not being critical just wanting to learn why when you lay some sets do you prime the bottoms and others you don’t does it depend on the stone ?

      If they’re big thick ones they’re going no where, it’s just the thinner ones we prime 👍🏼👍🏼

    Amazing work from you boys again! The channel is really cool! No doubt that you are proud of your work! Have been meaning to ask on your other videos what diamond blade do you use for cutting 2cm porcelain? I have been looking at some of the Rubi disks but the one they recommended is £160.

    Absolutely love your videos, attention to detail is next level and results are just phenomenal. This one is going to look stunning with those new setts and that gorgeous Yorkshire stone going back down. 1 question if you’d be so kind, are you laying the setts on a bed of semi dry sand and cement? I love the other video you done with the setts and used the flow point to joint it, looked stunning👌🏼

      Hello Connor, thank you very much my mate. Yes, it’s a semi dry mix we add water to the mix in the summer, but often the sand and or ground is damp enough on its own in the winter.
      5/1 grit sand to cement 👍

      Hello mate, yeah it is. I didn’t know what I was getting when I went there, so I had go to look, so thought I may as well bring some back with me as waiting for delivery would of held us up. Plus, I wanted to hand pick them so we didn’t end up with a load of sizes we couldn’t use, took us longer initially but I got exactly what I wanted to lay and with no surplus 👍

    Have you ever done an easy job and as for heaven , It's a golden sandy beach, turquoise water and 28 degrees with not a stone in sight.

      Hi mate, thanks. Usually a semi dry mix mate yeah. This was just as the sand came because the ground was saturated so pulled the moisture up from the ground

    I would have done two things different. I know you hear that all the time mate but gimme two minutes.
    1st is I would have figured out a good estimate, then multiplied it by three, then I would have subbed it out.
    2nd is I would have just said no thanks and walked as I'll be buggered if I had to lift all those flagstones :)

    Looking forward to this one. Watching this as I await my delivery from Jewsons to get cracking in landscaping my back garden. Make a nice change from laying bricks all day.       Going for porcelain pal. Just finished putting conc in. Block retainer and brick planter tomorrow. Just cracked a beer open and going start getting my materials round the back. Great weather for it at least. ☀️👍☀️
