Not to discredit the guy for losing all that weight, it’s an amazing achievement. But a lot of people are commenting about discipline like he had the choice to eat always available. Prisons really only give you enough food to survive, it doesn’t really take into account if your bigger or not. So someone who is 5’0” and 6’0” would probably have the same meal. Same could be applied to weight as well. A heavier person being fed the maintenance amount of food for and the average adult male is probably going to lose some regardless. Plus with the lack of enrichment a lot of people start to exercise as well to pass the time. All that said, I’m glad he looks to be in better shape and I hope he moves forward with a better life!
