I haven't listened to the audio yet but from what i've heard hear, when John becomes the leader of torchwood 3, Tosh and Owen do not exist because he doesn't recruit them. Ianto still tries to get into TW to safe Lisa. I don't know where the pterodactyl comes from (did Ianto saves her alone?). And how did Gwen get into TW???
