My friend showed me this song in his car. We were parked outside some house, had a joint lit and he really wanted to show me this. We took some fat hits and then this started playing. I started holding his hand and we just chilled. He passed away last year and I think about that moment a lot with him and so many others. I'm glad that this song brings back good memories of him. I miss you man.

This song is an absolute vibe, and the video was a brilliant way to communicate the feeling behind it. It feels like the end of a chapter closing but the beginning of another just starting and a mixture of sadness, melancholy and excitement. But no regrets.

What's crazy is I saw the Midnight video with La La Land before I saw the actual movie. So after seeing the movie I was greatly saddened the Los Angeles song wasn't in there. haha

Life is so hard these days. All I ever wanted was have a girlfriend who would stay with me forever. But being the not so good looking guy and no sense of basic communications since I have felt so many insecurities about speaking. I guess its impossible for me and now that I have dealt with getting looked over and getting rejected by the same girl 3 times in a row, I've lost all hope trying to get her. Songs like these makes me feel better because I can atleast sink in and just feel the atmosphere of the music and the video. I'm glad that these kind of romantic videos exists so thank you.

I fell in love with a beautiful person around the same time I found this song out. This song layed the outline of our love story. Although I don't belong from around the beaches, our entire love story started and ended right by the beach. She is at a different place now, and so am I... Just like the plot of the movie, our love didn't quite make it, but this song certainly has my heart. Thank you naani, I owe you big time.. Also, I know this isn't the same edit, it's just me spilling it out anyway

This music video really made La La Land look a lot more like a fun adventure rather than what I expected and I guess that is the beauty of it. Hey that's just the power of editing folks. The highlights really made it all worth watching. I know its too corny to have every pair of main leads get together but there was a great lesson to it. Sometimes former lovers inspire you the most but you could still look at each other fondly from a distance.

There are likely 100s of thousands of us who are grieving the loss of Nani C.s Artwork. It has created a hole in the Universe (and our playlists) for many of us. This same thing happened back on July 10th, 2019. For 3 days I felt the same thing many of you are feeling now. Loss and a true sense of grief. Thank you, I am working on 3 more videos but don't know when I'll release them. Making a video that hits similarly to this one is difficult.
If this movie were written by a normal non-Hollywood person, it would have ended with them driving away together (maybe even with a baby) in the prius on I5 North out of LA while the camera showed a traffic jam on I5 South heading into it. The vid is great, as is the one it is based on.
