The guy that owned Bishop Rock, the breaking part of Cortez, kept his boat next to mine. Hailing port on his boat was Bishop Rock and he explained to me how he bought the mineral rights to it and owned the reef. Said he thought about billing the navy when they ran into it, took out a huge chunk, but decided to let it slide.
