I made these recently. The only issue to mine, was that I made the puffs a little bit bigger by mistake so the final result did not come out as tall as the one in the video. Great recipe, amazing custard cream, highly recommended, keep up the great work!!

I like the way you piped the pate a choux dough and the end result is very elegant and pretty (and tasty too, I'm sure!) You could heat up the knife when cutting the chocolate for a nicer edge btw :3

カカオさんの動画はちょうどいいカットで手際よく進んでいくので気持ちよく見れていたことを５､６年越しに発見しました笑笑
