    Your “power circuit” analogy is great! How you express your spirit and energy in this sequence really resonates with me. Thanks for this lesson, gives me a lot to work on.

    The sequence of #s 46-48 always have felt to me "unlike" any of the others; like a special sequence. My inclination is to move through them at a faster pace, whereas other sequences seem to lend themselves to slower pacing. It's a treat to see/hear your analysis of them. Thanks!

      Yes, the tendency at PS was to race through this sequence. Now, I like to take the time to experience each separate move.
