Thanks guys for checking out the video more videos coming out soon like abandoned mall stay tuned please make sure to like share and comment as well as subscribe it means so much to me and I appreciate all of your support!
I literally never comment on videos but I just wanted to take a second to thank you for making this video. This is the high school I went to, I graduated in 2020 and I never got to walk through it for the last time as past classes have (we called the senior walk through). In a way I feel like this video let me say goodbye and it was nice to see my high school one last time. So once again thank you :D
Also I noticed you had a few questions so I figured as alumni I’d answer them lol 1- the computer room with the headphones is actually the language lab for practicing foreign lang and the little switch boards were for controlling who you talked to. 2- the art in the art room was most likely from the class of 2020 most of us (myself included) did not get to go in and retrieve our art work. Either that or it’s discarded work from past classes. 3- the theatre room was our black box theatre. The Black Box was the soul of our theatre department. Everyone hung out in there as well as had class. We sat on the stairs for in class performances (and no they were not comfortable at all) but most of our learning was done around a big black table on the back wall. 4- this is more of a fun fact… any bubbler that was covered with a metal plate was covered because there was too much lead in the water. Also another fun fact the paining on the back wall of the stage is from the last show before the pandemic- Shrek the musical
My dad was a Custodian there as well retired in 2005 same year I graduated David Perry was his name. Not sure if you know him. But I bet if he was still alive he would have loved to have walked through it for the last time :(
I went there from 1975-1977 when it was fairly new. Moved to Boston my Jr. year and graduated from a school there in 1979. Most of our ambitions then was "to get out of Middleboro ". Lol! Now that I'm (much) older it doesn't seem so bad. But I'm not a teenager anymore so there's that. Thanks for the memories.
I was a freshmen that year....Do you remember that incident in April of 2005 where someone wrote a death threat note in the bathroom about "wanting to put 25 bullets into 25 of their friends" and they still held school on the day but informed everyone of extra security where only 1/3 of the people showed up just to do nothing all day.
They left an entire piano in the music room!! I'm surprised that it's still there, to be honest. It sounds silly, but I feel sorry for all that art that was just left behind to mildew and rot. Art is a living breathing thing...it captures a mood or feeling that the artist was experiencing in that moment. And they'll never experience that exact moment again, which is what makes every piece of art unique.
It's not abandoned. This video was made shortly before the school was demolished. They let the public walk thru the halls to say goodbye. I graduated from there in 2015
so much memories there lot of Pep rallys in that gym for high school football team Special Olympics and basketball game harlem wizards vs Middleboro teachers and Graduates as will i Graduated there in 2005
Check out the Lakeville hospital aka Lakeville state sanatarium... Next town over in Lakeville mass...I suggest doing some research before exploring... Patrolled by local law enforcement... May have to ask for town's permission
i’m a former student and sorry this is like a 4 month late response but it wasn’t abandoned! they built a new school and tore this one down. this old school was around 50 years old at this time and while that’s not that old, it was full of mold and many things were outdated and broken. there was no air conditioning or windows in some of the classrooms so they decided to build a new school. this vid was probably taken right after they had just moved all the furniture out. it was torn down soon after and while many people - including me - miss the old school, the new one is so beautiful!
Misread the title. Thought it was Middlesbrough in the UK 🇬🇧 Knew instantly it started playing that it definitely wasn’t Middlesbrough UK when it wasn’t full of graffiti and needles and hadn’t been torched and shat in. 😆
Established in 1973 the school was made because the old high school downtown middle borrow which was designed in 1867 was shut down and transferred into a junior high the school was taken down two years ago and built a new one right next-door I don’t understand why they took it down was basically brand new I graduated 2001

Class of 2013! Damn good memories there. I wouldn't be the same without that place.
I went there graduated in 2016. Amazing to see it again, so nostalgic
Graduated in 2005 there and Barry's Corner used to be a store where you could buy snacks and drinks from.

This school is so untouched they could just start up back again!
Berry’s corner was named after Rodick Berry the old assistant principal. Was a gold glove boxer in his hay day
Wow what a place now. I always think it's cool seeing abandoned building videos. Why did this school get abandoned?
They left an entire piano in the music room!! I'm surprised that it's still there, to be honest.

That’s my school I graduated in 2017 sad to know it’s been destroyed and I’ll never set foot in the gym where I spent 75% of my childhood again
When did the school shut down?
@@juliananderson6857 so in 2017 they where planning and designing the new school if I’m not mistaken it was completed in 2019

The skulls could be from Biology Classroom.
nice video bro, btw this school seems so beautiful to be abandoned, anyone knows the reason?
