@@Plyomorphit works so well I am 5,11 and I couldn’t even touch halfway up on the net and I touched the rim for my first time today with only one week of training 🤯 I just did them every day and it worked definitely gonna keep doing it
I do a plyometric workout consisting of depth jumps, up and down box jumps, one legged lateral jumps, one legged box pushoffs, regular box jumps and max approach jumps. I have been doing this since the end of October pretty consistently but have reduced it to twice a week but I don’t feel like I have made little progress. I think the problem is that i lack some intensity because I’m almost always sore or tired from previous workouts. I have 4 weight sessions a week and have practice 7 days a week. I also feel my ankles and sometimes knees ache after these sessions. Any suggestions?
you said it yourself. You need some rest. You’re doing alot at once. Ironically, doing a little less will allow your body to rest and Get stronger. Think of ways you can reduce the load on your body and recover better. Its like when people take deload weeks from lifting and come back and lift better
Your workouts are very helpful. I am very lucky to have such amazing jumping abilities with 0 prior working out. Before I started working out I had a 27 inch standing jump, and could graze rim if I ran. I am 5’ 9”. But this has helped me out much more, and I can now grab rim. Thank you

Idk how old you are or what your build is like but you should def be resting more and really focus on protein and hydration throughout the day.
You need at least 48 hours of rest for muscles to recover, from my experience. Keep up the work 💯 💯
