Following the video blindly will cause damage to some folks' printers because of a couple of very important steps skipped. First one is the assumption that the gear ratio on the new metal extruder would not be different. For people who purchase the upgrade somewhere other than Creality, or buy a dual gear model instead, this will be the case. Whenever you mess with the extruder assembly, you should always calibrate for extrusion. There is a simple math for adjusting it. Looks like your z limit switch was already at the lowest reach which causes springs to be compressed to the maximum. Then you installed incorrect size (longer) springs which significantly raised the bed level, and the nozzle crashed into it. You should have adjusted the z axis limit switch up by 5mms to account for the different size springs.
