    INGREDIENTS
    250 gr of peanuts / peanuts raw without salt
    1 teaspoon of oil
    1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
    Process
    1. Put the peanuts in a skillet over medium heat until they are well toasted. Stir continuously so that they do not burn (if they burn they will be bitter). In the case that they have bought already roasted peanuts, we go directly to step 2.
    2. Put the roasted peanuts in the blender. Add a teaspoon of oil (the one of your preference in this case use sunflower)
    3. Add 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt, this is optional. Butter can be made without sugar or salt.
    4. Blend. Every so often you have to separate the mixture with a spatula, and continue blending. We must repeat these steps until it is creamy. If you like smooth and creamy peanut butter it will take about 5-7 min (if your blender is not very powerful it may take 10 min) If you like to find peanut pieces it will take about 4-5 min. The more you blend, the smoother the preparation will be.
    5. You can keep it in the refrigerator in a sterilized glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
