How to stop car door water leakage

i have 2008 clio 3 1.2 extreme and have this problem since I installed speakers in the rear doors. The coating comes off and splashes get in.

It is one which we get generally in rainy season. We also call it as tadpatri. You can get it at roadside or in hardware shop as well.
