I had a great job and my husband had a great job too so we decided to have kids.we had money saved too. So we decided to start a family and like Tam said, life happens. The pandemic happened! We’re ok but this isn’t what we planned and it’s been tough.
Absolutely. People should be as financially prepared as they can be when having children.

Why does everyone think they are entitled to have kids. It’s a freaking life it’s the biggest responsibility anyone can have. Don’t have kids you can’t afford because at the end of the day it’s the kid that will suffer.
If that was true non of us would be here. Someone in our ancestry definitely had a bunch of kids while being dirt poor. Most humans come from extreme poverty of our families history.

If you can’t give your child suitable living conditions, food, shelter, education, and clothing, you are not fit to be a parent. Love doesn’t fill stomachs or pay bills

I agree with that. I think the point Jeannie was trying to make is that you can have suitable living conditions without being RICH. Every family will face unexpected financial hits; it's about being able to recover and keep it rolling.
The other side of the coin is a lot of my friends who want kids have waited so long even though they are more than financially stable because they feel it's not enough. But honestly there will NEVER be enough money. Things happen, even if you make a lot of money (for an average family). I feel if you have great earning potential, skills for a great job and good spending habits you will be fine raising a child - from a financial standpoint at least!
Can we all start using condoms, Birth control and other contraceptives.
When you live in a Bible belt state that's when things go astray. Keep religion out of government.

Is this show still going on? I live in Northern Mexico but I could see it on a local channel from San Diego, California called KUSI. It's no longer showing. :(
My mother and sister are crazy huge fans of this show. From what they told me. The show had cancelled back in the beginning of June. So it’s just reruns. A lot of inner tension between the cast members. So yeah the show is no longer on 😩🥺

Some local stations took the real off the air. It's also off season but if they return it should be back in late August or September 👍
