199x - Birmingham Superprix - Onboard with David Lucas

This video clip was broadcast in the late 1990s or early 2000s with a television presenter (don't recognise him, sorry) interviewing David Lucas, the head of the Birmingham City Council's Road Race Unit in a lovely AC Cobra car.
They were lapping the old Birmingham Superprix street circuit.

I'm 99.9% sure that the presenter is F1 journalist and former ITV F1 commentator/pit reporter James Allen. His distinctive accent is the give away, but going by looks alone it's easy not to recognise him in this 'cool' 90's guise. Haha!
