    I have been knitting for over 40 years. Until now, the Arrowhead Lace Stitch has always alluded me. Thank you for your GREAT tutorials. I have watched several and, so far, have learned so much. Your instructions are easy to follow and (most importantly) I can count on them to be RIGHT. Thanks again!

    This is the most beautiful, BEAUTIFUL STITCH I have ever worked! Joanne , I was confused and through all that difficulty, it was, at first frustrating.
    I made some notes, copied off from your easy instructions and when I kept studying your tutorial, OH MY GOODNESS....I FINALLY MASTERED IT!
    I had to correct Row 3 because I written it out wrong, I started it over to write it again and now, I got it all figured out after studying your tutorial over and over again! Joanne, you make knitting MUCH EASTER! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE WAY YOU MADE THIS STITCH PATTERN CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD!!
    Knitting is very, very fun, especially with you!

Just to add to your vocabulary repertoire, English patterns use the word "Slip" written "Sl", but we all know that slide and slip mean the same thing. As with any other stitch, you need to follow the pattern of the stitch considering you will be losing on the sides,sometimes stitches and other times, yarn overs. Make a map with graph paper. Easier that way.

    • @JoannesWeb
      @JoannesWeb  7 лет назад +1

      When you knit in the round, you have the repeat stitches and rows but the even number rows, (which are done knitting on the wrong side), will be done on the right side. Therefore, rows #2,4 are done by knitting (not purling). And that's it!
