Piltover has more open air so it didn't affect them a lot though but at least the underground is safe from that now Jinx said it wasn't supposed to be this way because she had wanted to do this as an act of when she dies because she was ready to die in the fight. She had told Sevika to release it after that happens as a final good act (and a goodbye) from her. I truly believe that in episode 2, when Jinx says 'to finish what's left of my family,' she is referring to herself. Let's remember that Jinx always plans to die; let's not forget the scene with Ekko. She herself confirms it: 'Cause no matter what I do, I just can't seem to die.' It seems like she is a jinx to everyone except herself. I guess in the next act we will see how this action of Jinx (who didn't plan to be alive to see it) impacts the population of Zaun and herself By the way, the little girl's name is Isha, it says so in the subtitles ;)"
14:00 I think that explanation about Caitlyn's perspective is spot on. But I think from where Vi's head was, I suspect it's that no matter how good a shot Caitlyn was, even the slightest risk of killing the child wasn't worth the risk and that had Caitlyn been her usual self, she would have thought the same too.
Even if Cait didn't miss she would just be perpetuating the cycles of violence that caused Jinx and Vi to be orphaned, Vi saw that she was about to become the very thing she hates the most and its why she stopped. But Cait is from privilege and has never had to experience it so she was letting her rage and vengeance completely control her. Also its poetically tragic that Cait hitting and leaving Vi mirrors S1E3 when Vi hit Powder.
The Black rose Is a secret Noxian organization led by LeBlanc who is a really powerfull mage that manipulates people all around the world. Their ultimate goal is to stop Mordekaiser. He was a brutal warlord that ruled Noxus and after his death, he became king of a deathrealm. And He Is trying to get back so that he can conquer the world of the living and bent it to his Will. I don't know if the show will ever explain it so i explained it just in case
Cait could have tried to shoot Jynx in the leg so they could take her back and have her stand trial but Cait just wants blood, but doesn't have the empathy to understand that Jynx & Vi's parents were killed by Enforcers, like her, and they never got any justice.
