Dude, Vi and Powder`s parents were the blue haired chick and brown haired dude with the frying pan helmet Powder sometimes wears in the music videos on the bridge.They were orphaned after a war between some of Zaun`s lower class citizens and the Enforcers and Vander took them in out of guilt for he and Silco leading the parents to their deaths.
if you remember the conversation between powder and vi, where vi tells het about all the f*ck ups milo, clagger and herself made. she pointed to a bunny stuck on some cables. pretty sure thats the bunny she gave powder before leaving.
OMG. I've played League from season 3, and just now I understood that Ekko's name in his childhood came from the echo his whistle did to signal an escape route for the gang os underground misfits. Love understanding something different from someone else's reactions.
I already saw the series and I liked the path it took. I like to see the reaction of the people and that it makes you think, what can happen next? Possibly many who have just started take time to memorize the names but I would recommend that they pay attention since it is not difficult to decipher the characters and their motivations but also that their decisions will really affect them in a real way and not like in other series where some things are they are hung for being filler or inconsequential in the plot. small clues of their past without telling you but showing it to you.

Vi was the one that sent the capsule to the enforcer. She was willing to sacrifice and turn herself in to end the searching that they were doing.
