You had a mental breakdown as well in this episode 😂 As for your opinion on Vi, I get you but I can't agree entirely because she's still is technically a kid or at the very least a teenager. She is impulsive with her actions and that can cause her to make emotionally charged decisions like slapping Powder. She sees that what she did was wrong and just walked out on her sister. And to her defense she might've walked out temporarily speaking just to let out some of the emotions she had. But still a great video man! Loved that you are invested in this show enough to punch a wall. Kudos to you man.
Vi looks at her hand after she hits Powder. You can tell she immediately regretted hitting her. She ran off because she needed time to cool down, not to abandon Powder.
Exactly. In that moment, she was remembering what Vander said to her on the bridge: that sometimes you can't punch your way out of a situation, and attempting to do so will only make things worse.
Even if it was only for a moment, when Powder needed her, Vi turned her back on her. While I can understand completely why Vi would feel overwhelmed and angry, Powder was a child - responsibility for her actions aside, she should not be left alone, crying, next to a burning building and the corpse of her foster father, with dangerous people roaming about. With the benefit of being an external observer, the best response would have been to suppress her emotions long enough to take Powder to safety; and if she was still upset, then she could have her freak-out in peace.

I think the sentence hurt more than the slap. "Because you are a Jinx" is something that she suppressed but deep down had all along. A slap can be understood and forgiven eventually, that sentence hardly so. Still, I can't blame Vi, that was some insane tragedy she found herself in. ok but think about it, Mylo was bout to free vander, claggor got that wall open, vi shut the door and was bouta dip with the squad, and everything woulda worked out so like if powder didint use them bombs they woulda succeeded so i understand why vi was mad
I really like to think about both perspectives. For Powder, she saw her family in danger and did her best to help them as she always does, but in the end she screwed up and made everyone suffer because of it, as she always does. In her vision, in the end, Vi left her alone on the street, never to return. To Vi they were almost running away, the monster was on the other side of the door, Mylo almost freed Vander from that chair and Claggor opened a hole in the wall behind them to escape. But the explosion killed two of his friends and ruined their plan. And that caused Vander's death as well. I think Vi's reaction to Powder is very reasonable, as she lost everything she had because of that explosion. In the end, I think Vi didn't leave Powder, she just saw how she slapped her and wanted some space, and as we can see, when Powder is in danger again, Vi tries to rescue her regardless of her anger. For me, I'm just sad that this tragedy happened to both of them.

Damn you'd be a beast in a boxing ring bro haha. Felt the emotions pour out of you, been a while. I think last time I saw you show that level of emotion was the Tanaka episode of S4 Haikyuu
I love to see different people reaction to powder and vi split up. This one is probably my favorite! As the youngest in my family I completely understand where powder was coming from. But I understand that Vi was mad and as a fighter her instinct was to hit powder then walked away to cool off, B4 she let her anger out on her lil sister.
U might actually be the 1st person to NOT blame Powder 😂😅...and they actually WERE going to escape, ol' home dude managed to dig a hole in the wall that they was bout to run out of, but then Powder killed em
or they would jump off the building and that monster would still catch up bc it's fast and then it would kill all four of them. Vander wouldn't beat it anyway. We will never really know. Also Lax is right. These 3 got to point of following Vi EVERYWHERE. Vi should have know that Powder would join anyway, even if she said no. Powder should just have more safe job like dropping bombs from windows or something. She would be still outside and ready to run if things would go wrong. I mean she kinda was dropping bomb from window but I mean like her little bombs or they would even plan how to use blue stones if they would include her.

You’re gonna really enjoy this show if you’re this emotionally invested already (like most people were by this point). Great reaction, can’t wait for more 👍
Ayoooo I appreciate you getting more mad at Vi, most people are mad at Powder during that end scene because of her part in killing her friends but you remember what Vander told Vi, she’s the leader and those kids would follow her to their deaths if need be. Not enough people keep that same energy with Vi cause they see her trying to save Vander as noble even though that was the start of all their deaths. Now let’s see if you can keep that same energy in the next episode cause both of these characters bout to TURN UP

@@karaseirin bit If you look at the ep he was still no where near to break it,claggor already oppened the hole so by the time he oppened the Dior they were already gone
One thing I love about Arcane is that there’s reason to blame literally every character for what happens in the show… don’t you love it when characters’ decisions are what affect the plot, not the other way around?
Vi took what Vander said to heart. She knows shes hot headed and once she hit Powder she thought "Okay... this situation sucks, but i need a level head to deal with it" so she walked away to calm down. Unfortunately Powder saw this as abandonment (I mean who can blame her) and attached herself to the next person she saw as children do when frightened. Its a long series of unfortunate events that lead to Jinx
I never thought about the ending situation like you have. Vander didn’t asked to be helped, the boys were gonna follow VI’s orders, and powder was gonna try to prove herself. Sucky thing though is Vander was released from the chair and Claggor opened the wall up for their escape. If Powders bomb never went off then it seems like they would’ve escaped, that’s what makes this more tragic
I think I've watched all the reactions on RUclips and I freaking love the mood change that happens in everyone the moment claggar and Milo go down. From them on it's like oh shit, didn't know it was that kind of show!
Kudos to the voice actor! Have watched a whole bunch of reactors that did or are doing this series (glad to see you picked it up) and it continues to amaze me how alive all the characters were in this episode (and all episodes) Episode 3 is definitely the most polarizing episode of all and it really makes my day to see your genuine reaction to it so I'm looking forward to the rest of your reactions!
Lmao everything that you said about Vi and Powder applied directly to you and that poor wall art. You gave that thing the smoke and left him on the ground 😭
Holy shit, I busted my ass laughing when Lax punched the wall on that scene. Probably because I did something similar as well, and had a broken toe as a result. Stay true, Lax. This has got to be my favorite reaction of this episode. Now I can't wait for the future episodes.
There is not denying that Powder fu$%ed up, they were about to escape throught the hole until her bomb killed the boys, Vi kows it wasnt her intention but she needed time to process. Almost everyone she loved were gone and she couldn't help to snap when she realized what Powder did, she didn't abandoned her, but she needed some space.
While I don't agree with everything you said, I definitely understand why you felt that way. This is a hard, hard episode to process. It's the episode that both broke and hooked fans.
I'm quite surprised with the reaction to Vi in this episode. You're probably one of the most empathetic and understanding reactors so I fully expected you to understand why Vi acted out the way she did. She just witnessed Vander and everyone she loved (other than Powder) die in front of her and was frustrated and angry at herself. To find out that the cause of their deaths was because of her own sister, who she's warned to stay away, forgiving her right away was never going to happen. It's a lot to ask of Vi to just calm down and deal with Powder rationally... Of course, it wasn't right with how she lashed out but I don't blame her.. Obviously I'm part of the majority that blamed Powder but in the end, I understand that she just wanted to help and both of them are children.
Probably the worst part is that Vi was right. Not right to hit Powder, but right that what happened was Powder's fault. Mylo picked all the locks, Claggor broke their way out, and they would have made their escape just in time, but Powder's bomb suddenly ruined it all. It's truly tragic
I appreciated a reactor that felt similar to myself: even if it was only for a moment, when Powder needed her, Vi turned her back on her.
I found it ironic: The level of trauma to lose control and punch her sister: She's seen "uncle" Benzo literally torn apart by a monster, and Vander dragged away. She's gone to face that monster, knowing death is likely, had to fight 7-8 people and the monster who were trying to kill her and her family. She's them blown-up, sees her brothers dead, and her father fall mortally wounded, only to rise again as a monster and finally die saving her. The level of trauma to lose control and punch a wall: Seeing something in a fictional program. Suppressing emotions, it seems, isn't as easy as you think.
@@Hohum37 True enough. As someone with significant anger issues as a child and teenager, who only learned to control my emotions as an adult, I can definitely relate to Vi - In fact, at her age, I probably would've reacted worse. My issue is mostly with people who claim, that Vi did the "right thing" walking away. And while, generally speaking, it might be recommended that you step back and collect yourself, when feeling overwhelmed; in this specific context, she left Powder in a vulnerable and traumatizing situation.
@@LadyDoomsinger Later, Vi talking to Caitlyn: "I'd say, 'no monster's going to get you when I'm here'. Then a real monster showed up, and I just ran away." I think she's referring to herself, her own anger, as the monster here. Such good writing.
I know it doesn't change much, but you missed the fact that claggor found an exit through a weak point in the wall and they would have been able to escape safely had powder not detonated the bomb. Still, Powder didn't know.
It was very obvious that the Powder was the one who killed them, the moment Claggor opened the passage for them to escape, that's when the explosion happened, just like Mylo always said she screwed up the missions, this time it was the worst of all... Even though the intention was to want to help, of course, but she was already a child (and the youngest of them) who already had traumas that were accumulating along with the fact that she didn't have the same capacity or strength as the others, due to less so far.
@@Himothy_of_anime they got the passage, the lock is off and they were about to make a move but then.......u know what happened. And that's exactly what the makers wanted us to think, it was the script right there that pushed the plot

In the end, I think Vi didn't leave Powder, she just saw how she slapped her and wanted some space, and as we can see, when Powder is in danger again, Vi tries to rescue her regardless of her anger.
For me, I'm just sad that this tragedy happened to both of them.
I need you to know, that I have watched over 500 channels react to this episode. And you just showed me a reaction that i've never seen before. This is the BEST reaction out of all of them. Congrats sir, you are number #1 on my list. Liked/Subscribed
same
I saw a lot of tears and a lot of differing opinions and ranges of emotions. Never a punch though.
same here man .. i've watched them all .. and i relate the most to this one :)
I don’t think Vi was leaving Powder. I think she was going to cool off and come back for her.
it's funny how everyone always sees Viktor as sus as first impression, when he's actually the goodest boy in the series 😭
You can't blame them. Viktor was there to arrest Jayce, didn't help at all with the court case, and eyed Jayce's notes after Heimerdinger opposed the idea of Hextech.
Viktor is the best character in the series and nobody can change my mind.
Don't change man. These real and understandable emotions are what makes you so enjoyable and awesome to watch! Always keep it real and stay true to yourself, we love you for that!
Damn you'd be a beast in a boxing ring bro haha. Felt the emotions pour out of you, been a while. I think last time I saw you show that level of emotion was the Tanaka episode of S4 Haikyuu
ayyo Lax really got emotional with this series LMAO, even me jumped. great reaction bro! Respect to Kenpachi, i hope you fixed him!
Vi was going to give herself in to be attested, not fight the enforcers. She was going to listen to vander, but it all reversed
"Vander I need you to Hulk smash and break outta there or something"
finally, someone who understands what Vander said to Vi. They followed her, and she lost them all.
The punch on the wall at the end was so full of emotions a liked it tha was so sincere
As saying true, I felt the same in that moment, as him.
But you have to realize that from her perspective it looked like they were trapped and about to get beat down.
@@MegiMoon the chances would be better still and it would be a better situation you know why?? Powder wouldn’t have killed them…the monster didn’t kill them she did lol
@@vcprovost yea sure but she still shoulda listened to her sister and not follow it’s too dangerous even for them but at least the 3 of them got things they were particularly good at that helped the situation…powder did nothing but kill her brothers with her own inventions.
@@MegiMoon the beast catching up to them is speculation, the reality is that Powder killed them regardless, you can blame Vi for being pissed as a young teenager who just lost most of her family. only to find out the explosion was caused by the person she ordered to stay put
I feel like you’d react exactly like Vi did in that situation based on your own outburst 😂 I’ve noticed that people often have the biggest problems with characters they are most similar to, myself included. You’re gonna really enjoy this show if you’re this emotionally invested already (like most people were by this point). Great reaction, can’t wait for more 👍
Carl Jung was right lol
Ayoooo I appreciate you getting more mad at Vi, most people are mad at Powder during that end scene because of her part in killing her friends but you remember what Vander told Vi, she’s the leader and those kids would follow her to their deaths if need be. Not enough people keep that same energy with Vi cause they see her trying to save Vander as noble even though that was the start of all their deaths. Now let’s see if you can keep that same energy in the next episode cause both of these characters bout to TURN UP
GAAAAAWWDAAAAMN, this is the one and ONLY react channel that should exist. AINT NO ONE AS HUMAN, i swear to god i love veery reaction lax has bro, this is keeping it real a fan through adn through here
Arcane just.......Hits
The fact that this show elicited this type of reaction… kudos to the writers, the voice actors, everyone that had a hand in this amazing show…
Vi is still a teen who lost everyone. Seeing as you let your emotions get to you too you'd think you'd be more sympathetic to her LMAO
ur raw emotions are insane good bro , u keep it real
Bro I feel you, after this episode, everything that was told in the 1st couple of episodes really laid the foundation for each character.
Also, Silco really pissed me off on this episode so that rage is definitely relatable.
They were about to escape tho. Claggor broke a hole in the wall to escape right before Powder blew them up.
You have to take into account how fast the shimmer beast is.
@@1999bazz the shimmer beast was not going to enter the door, the esplosion broke the door

One thing I love about Arcane is that there’s reason to blame literally every character for what happens in the show… don’t you love it when characters’ decisions are what affect the plot, not the other way around?
Exactly! I hate it when people play the blame gam because there's plenty of that that goes around. This show is amazing.
THIS IS WHY YOURE THE BEST BRO
BIG fkn respect for noticing the similarity between powder and silco
I never thought about the ending situation like you have. Vander didn’t asked to be helped, the boys were gonna follow VI’s orders, and powder was gonna try to prove herself. Sucky thing though is Vander was released from the chair and Claggor opened the wall up for their escape. If Powders bomb never went off then it seems like they would’ve escaped, that’s what makes this more tragic
I think I've watched all the reactions on RUclips and I freaking love the mood change that happens in everyone the moment claggar and Milo go down. From them on it's like oh shit, didn't know it was that kind of show!
Dude, it's like you missed the whole drama through yourself. Genuine emotions! respect!
Kudos to the voice actor! Have watched a whole bunch of reactors that did or are doing this series (glad to see you picked it up) and it continues to amaze me how alive all the characters were in this episode (and all episodes)
Episode 3 is definitely the most polarizing episode of all and it really makes my day to see your genuine reaction to it so I'm looking forward to the rest of your reactions!
first time seeing Lax so pissed off
Lmao everything that you said about Vi and Powder applied directly to you and that poor wall art. You gave that thing the smoke and left him on the ground 😭
kenpachi got punched out of existence
RIP Kenpachi 😭 Loved your reaction brother!
You can't really blame either one but it was really refreshing to see you not blame Powder like everyone else.
Finally someone that can cut Kenpachi...
I've thought the all might moment was you at peak emotions, but this is another level i love it ❤️
While I don't agree with everything you said, I definitely understand why you felt that way. This is a hard, hard episode to process. It's the episode that both broke and hooked fans.
4:52 LMAAAAAOOOOO so direct i cant
Fuck, that punch threw me off. This reaction is one of a kind. You earned a sub, man.
That punch!!! Let’s go Lax!!!! That’s why we come to see the emotions on you best reactor!!!!
I love your reactions, you're showing real emotions, greetings from germany RIP Kenpachi
Love the raw emotion in the reaction...keep keepin' it genuine! 💪
I found it ironic:
The level of trauma to lose control and punch her sister: She's seen "uncle" Benzo literally torn apart by a monster, and Vander dragged away.
Then a real monster showed up, and I just ran away."
I think she's referring to herself, her own anger, as the monster here. Such good writing.
Lax I promise never to go on your bad side because when I saw that punch, I knew immediately that I would get folded if I got hit by that
😂😂😂
So excited to see the next reaction, I loved Powder since the second we met her and I ended up being a Jinx apologist
I know that's you, Silco
It also show that the door was breaking so most of them if not just Vander would have still died either way.
@@Himothy_of_anime they got the passage, the lock is off and they were about to make a move but then.......u know what happened. And that's exactly what the makers wanted us to think, it was the script right there that pushed the plot
I had to calm down after this episode, and it took me a hot minute to realize Vi didn’t leave her, she just stepped away and was heading back for her. I threw a hard fist at my nearby punching bag too and made my gf “yip!” in fear lol.
i punched the subscribed button also HAHAHA
whatever kind of hate you get for sharing your reaction and thoughts man I can't say how much I appreciate the raw quality that you put in your videos. End of the day people need to understand there is no ultimate right or wrong way to feel about this, its an impossible situation and both of these girls are kids so they're not gunna handle this fucked up shit in a perfect way.
Anyways, thank you for the great entertainment as always. I've watched and rewatched this show so many damn times but watching your reaction was really fresh. Thank you so much
you really broke your wall, that's the real reaction😎 deserves more subscribers and views
