And she is definitely happier with Silco than with Vi. You can see that she was always uncomfortable being with Vi's friends, doing what she didn't like. And always had to question about her sister's love. Silco, on the other hand, never made her doubt his love. He understands her struggle, and is a great father.

By bringing that side of themselves forward, they each saw each other as the kids they used to know. Ekko finally saw that Powder is still in there. It kinda drives me crazy. Like here, all Vi had to do was hand Caitlin off to Ekko and tell them that she'd deal with Powder and the story would have been completely different. You would have had someone talk to the council that actually knew everything that was going on in the undercity and you'd have a Jinx that didn't have the person who was most important person in her life abandon her again. Hey bro, If you watch the "Enemy" music video by Imagine Dragons, its all about The kids growing up in the undercity and you see just how close Ekko and Powder were going up. The music video is like its own seperate Arcane episode and is all scenes that aren't in the show. The music video makes this episode hit even heavier. Also voice lines from the game reveal that Ekko had feelings for Powder. All together makes this episode so tragic.
Jinx didnt play the sympathy card there. The whole fight was to show how they went from having fun as kids to now trying to kill each other. Ekko makes Jinx remember this game, thats how he gets to beat her. In that moment Jinx is Powder. She previously saw Vi leave her for Caitlyn and now her childhood friend is trying to kill her. So she decides to die as Powder. You can see it when she has a shot at Ekko but she doesnt take it and at the end when she uses the bomb. Notice how she doesnt stick it onto Ekko but rather throw it near her. That look on her face is acceptance and she is not trying to deceive Ekko
To be honest I know she was not not playing the sympathy card but you know that it doesn't matter if she doesn't stick on ekko or not because it can still kill both of them Ekko is pretty close to her so she could've killed then both if he haven't hit the bomb away.
