No it's not and it wasn't actually 12 lbs.. The cop was exaggerating when he said that but by the looks of the bag from the video it was about 8-10 ounces of meth for that amount. Also people who get in trouble for their first time shouldn't go to prison unless it's violent or sexual, so let's not be ridiculous. Drug charges should NEVER result in prison time unless it's habitual (3 or more times caught with controlled substances) or such an insane amount that it's a guaranteed large distribution ring. This particular case wasn't that much meth (meth weighs less than it looks is his less dense than it feels). Anyway, my point is prison isn't just something that should be used so loosely. As being American, we already have the highest incarceration rate with the most people being held in custody whether it's county, state, or federal. As someone who spent 7 years in prison and am now 33 years old and have been out a little over 5 years now, our prisons are full of people who shouldn't be there and it ruins those peoples lives. I deserved to be there no question but for those that should have gotten drug treatment, ComCor, ISP, etc., over prison but got prison sentences instead, it changes MAJORITY of them for the worst.
Poor children, that little boy finding his moms “drugs” he did a hard hard call, broke my heart. @@pancake3770 I'm pretty sure if that was a black guy, he would have easily gotten jailtime. I mean how the heck didn't she get jail time at all? That poor 9 year old. Glad his dad was there to rescue him from his stupid mother. I’m also glad just because Teresa’s dad was a sheriff, he didn’t let her off. She needs to learn right from wrong. Good for him!
I would bet my life savings she didn't get convicted of anything. They took her in, maybe booked her (probably not tho) and then let dad come pick her up and take her home. No bail, no bond, no court. I can almost guarantee it. It was all for her to learn a lesson and obviously for the cameras.
As a father myself i have nothing more then just pure respect for that father at the end. Seeing her daughter crying for help and begging is hard as a father. But he didn’t intervene nor stop the cops. Only a father can understand how he felt inside.
The last video on this list, my only critique is that I wish the officer who put her in the car would have just shut his mouth. Her dad said it perfectly- “quit the shit. You’re arrested for a DUI. Get in the car.” But then the officer was like, “oh it’s ok, it’s not a criminal offense. It’s just like a traffic ticket! 🤗” Damnit! Just totally undermines the dad’s point of teaching her a lesson, and in a way that would have a lasting impression on her! But here comes our positive police pal who’s going to go reassure her it’s no big deal to get a DUI! 😦😒😑
I can almost guarantee she got convicted of nothing. The whole thing was for her to learn a lesson and more importantly a show for the cameras. They probably told Dad to follow her and pick her up. I'd be surprised if they even booked her in.
The problem is that cops face disproportional hate ALL the time so they need to not oversell their punishments, cause the daughter will just end up hating cops and her dad
Turns out it is no big deal ppl with duis and even multiplie duis they won't do jail time or if they have warrenrs for duis they'll never be prosecuted.
When my ex wife kidnapped my son, the cops told me to take her to court. But, if a father kidnaps the child, automatic felon treatment.
Larry wasn't the father, he stole the truck with the child in it
@user-hj8db8nl2s that's not the point
They didn't have the full story
Misandry sadly, I hope this won't happen in the future

The officer asking the little boy if he saw where the criminal went 😂
You the cop who was calming the 2 yo down is so amazing!! He honestly is so sweet❤️

Poor children, that little boy finding his moms “drugs” he did a hard hard call, broke my heart. His mother is an absolutely terrible mother, any parent who puts their children in these positions are unfit.
Bless all our Law Enforcement departments, those great, compassionate, dedicated officers who serve our communities. ❤❤
That little kid crying for his dad crushed me.
That last video, he was the best dad ever. He did what he had to do.
Agreed, but there was nothing he could do anyway.
"i'm the captain of the soccer team" hilarious.
@@XSamsaX There is ALWAYS something you can do. He just did the right thing.
@@XSamsaX Nah, He definetly could. My friend once got stopped by going more than double on the speed limit. Cop pulled him over, took his license etc. and after reading his surname, he asked if his mother is a psychologist at the police station, which of course was true. After ~10 minutes cop comes back and gives him a warnig. A damn warning and he could've easily lost his drivers license for that XD
Courtesy leads a long way. I came back from my most recent deployment as a soldier part of the international legion of ukraine. I got pulled over going 73 in a 45 on my sportsbike. I didnt run, i cooperated and he let me off after a warning. I took my keys out of the bike and dropped them by myside, letting him know im not going to run. He asked me the reason for my speed and i told him. Police have the right in most cases to choose to write tickets. My officer belived i would not do it again. It was my only warning/ticket in my whole life.@TheJamesboink
Why does that "mother " have drugs in the house??? I hope dad is a better father to that little boy... courageous little dude, that's for sure! Did the right thing!
Oh, miss ma’am had herself a side hustle.
“I haven’t seen breaking bad” Cop: “well you should” 😂
I still dont get how she wasnt sentenced to jail with that much meth and other people go into jail for tiny amounts of weed
Absolutely unbelievable...she has a Trafficking charge and they have the freaking evidence!!!
Only in America does the Justice System equate Injustice.
This is just wrong all the way around.
She deserved Prison time and to lose Parental Rights.
What a joke. This pisses me off since we see outrageous sentences for Weed or DUI.
Freaking America is becoming a damn joke 👿
@@pancake3770 I'm pretty sure if that was a black guy, he would have easily gotten jailtime. I mean how the heck didn't she get jail time at all? She literally did deal drugs from her home where her underage kid had access to those drugs. 12 pounds (5,5kg?) is a freaking huge amount. Isn't that worth well over 10k?
That cop deserves the world for being so kind to the little boy
The police officer comforting that sweet little boy omg 😭😭😭😭😭
Ikr that actually made me cry it was so sweet
That poor 9 year old. Glad his dad was there to rescue him from his stupid mother.
I’m also glad just because Teresa’s dad was a sheriff, he didn’t let her off. She needs to learn right from wrong. Good for him!
I would bet my life savings she didn't get convicted of anything. They took her in, maybe booked her (probably not tho) and then let dad come pick her up and take her home. No bail, no bond, no court. I can almost guarantee it. It was all for her to learn a lesson and obviously for the cameras.
poor kid has the new i pad bc of that side hustle lmao
she needed an actual sentence.

ngl that was so satisfying to watch lmao
OMFG I started crying for like 7 minutes when the humble officer came and saved that child and started to calm him down😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Poor little boy. “My daddy” hurts more every time he said it
“My daddy where” my heart shattered into a million pieces.
As a father myself i have nothing more then just pure respect for that father at the end. Seeing her daughter crying for help and begging is hard as a father. But he didn’t intervene nor stop the cops. Only a father can understand how he felt inside.
“Basically don’t talk to us” IM DEAD😭😂
I love the care these police officers have for that scared little boy. Breaks my heart that he had to go through that.
So glad he didn't get contaminated, it could have been anything. Stupid stupid woman. Hope the boy is safe and happy with his father.
That's a genuinely ignorant take and ignores the fact that people don't learn lessons from being spoken down to.
I did some time in jail for defending myself after 6months I was let out I the release holding cell I saw countless dudes being arrested and released the same day for duis one dude was drunk with a DUI already was let go as soon as he sobered up.
It's literally nothing bad, which sucks all my life I was told duis is the worst thing to have in reality nobody cares unless you kill someone

“She is probably one of the worst moms EVER” shit had me caught off guard 🤣🤣🤣
Bro last one made me crack up with the “I’m the captain of a soccer team” as if that has to do with the situation she got herself into 😂
Same
Then the cop says hahaha in a happy manner XD
DUI is only a yellow card normally, don't you know? Clearly these refs need to be fired.
untill now got away with murder, thats why.., all other citizens gets same treatment..who drove away from a hit & run ? double standarts all over, couse her father is a HOG, & they ring the pig, not handcuffing, arresting the run away criminal ,,, if ther were no cams,, they would have let her go as well. no doubt..
When I saw the kid that was electrocuted I broke down in tears, that was really really hard to watch, especially when you could see the burns and hear him sobbing in the cop car, God bless those kids, cops, and medics/doctors,nurses/etc who saved that kids life.
Same i also balled at that. I just felt the situation and it was so real and painful.
Electrocution is death by electricity. The boys just only got caught by the current which still hurts like hell and can eventually kill
21:20 My heart breaks when i hear the boy scream, hope he recovers soon!
The first incident... You DO NOT shoot unless you have a clear visual. And my guy shot his buddy 7 times. That's insane. You do not shoot unless you know what you're shooting at and in a residential neighbourhood; having shots ring out left and right is just the dumbest idea. God dammit dude.
It baffles me how few people are pointing this out in this comments. What if he hit a vital organ? What if it was someone completely unrelated? Cops in the US are crazy man
