Great job and positive energy. Loved the muscle group activation explanations and the occasional quirkiness (I mean that in a positive way). The sound quality didn't seem as rich as your other videos. Possibly consider describing a variation for people with less mobility. For example, the figure 4 squat might be challenging to some and they could use a tree for support until they build up strength or flexibility. Also loved the new made up names for some of the movements. 💚
yea i can’t figure out why the audio didn’t translate as well! thank you so much for the feedback, i’ll definitely incorporate that! maybe i’ll make different videos for different levels
I got a question pepper, do you do Gym or u just have a exercise routine outta Gym? I mean your physical's amazing and I want to know how to achieve a good physical too.
I don't like stretching before a walk it fatigues your muscles, you may feel fine along a flat but once you go up a incline your muscles feel like they have no power
