My absolute favorite medium sized shad swimbait! First one absolutely rocked, and then I finally had a musky steal it. Needless to say I IMMEDIATELY went to dicks, as in that evening, and bought two. Thanka for showing your work my first was unmodded i'm going to try one. My replacements were the "gen 1" apparently the new ones (new tail for i.d. purposes) have a longer hinge. I'll be buying some of them too.
No musky here in FL but some massive alligator gars that have claimed a few swim baits. Super solid bait straight out of the package and some sick colors for sure! Thanks👊
i was doing this 35 years ago.. 😂 I'm also a fish decoy maker, for 45 plus yrs you can trim most. remember always wear safety glasses while grinding..,😊
I did this back on mine straight out of the box also and it is crazy how much it changes the action and for that price you can't beat it so I will be getting more for sure!

Turn your speed down on your rotary tool and you won't get so much of that melting of the plastic
