And yet I can hardly post comments anymore because everything now is "ophensive". The goalposts are not just being moved around, but they are being moved into the stands and the parking lot
Thanks for the upload. This is another one I'd been looking for, for a really long time. Thanks to your efforts, and the efforts of others, I may at last be able to honor my mom, in her memory.
I love old cartoon because they where so dumb you cant help but laugh.it's to bad now a day to many people get but mad over every thing that was meant to be watch with a grain of salt,
The title of this cartoon INJUN TROUBLE was not the first time that the name was used. There was a Porky Pig cartoon from the 1930s or 40s and it wasn't the last. In 1969 there was a Warner Bros. cartoon called IJUN TROUBLE starring Cool Cat. Not only that it was the very last Warner Bros. theatrical cartoon short.
@@sethcarlow8363 Watch and listen to the episode of TRIPLE TROUBLE and hear what the narrator says as well STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN and I'm not sore about anything.
I'm wondering if the animators really believed this stuff, or if it was "I was just following orders". Even back then a lot of people must've thought that this was wrong. There is a time when an animator should just put down the pen and quit, refusing to partake in something like this.
I remember stuff like this being on national broadcast TV in the 1980s. I really don't know how this got past the censors in that decade. :-( Yeah, it shouldn't be sealed away "in the vault" forever because people need to know about this bad chapter of American History. Instead, it should be presented as an example of the prevailing mindset of the time and hopefully as an example why that mindset should not be allowed to prevail again.
I'm not exactly what happens after sleep, but watching this is very uncomfortable. And this is pretty late in the "era" which makes it even more shocking. I don't think this should be banned because people need to know history no matter how unsettling or upsetting it may be, but it should not be presented as entertainment. Rather it should be shown as an example of how things can get and to not repeat it.

Years later I've come to realize Mighty Mouse mostly beat up house cats , something well within an ordinary person's capabilities.
Not if you're a mouse 😂

Being a long-time lover of wordplay, the puns were one of my favorite aspect of these old-school cartoons.

Is Colonel Pureheart a great big mouse or is his donkey very small?
