Love the jar💜! I’m a bit confused if OP and her husband have a daughter together, then wouldn’t that make the girls half sisters? Anyway there needs to be a discussion of why the older child is treating the younger one so differently. The father has to put a stop to it. Sending her to live with her mom will only widen the divide for her, that helps no one. If that is what OP want she is a 10AH, but based on what we know she is still a 8AH. She is the adult and should know you have to work issues out with children not send them away.
I think the stepmom deserves a lower a**hole rating. Only because we don’t have enough information. If Macy is done stuff like this in the past… and on top of that we don’t know how long this kind of stuff has been going on. I don’t know I think the stepmom and the dad both deserve a three out of 10.
They're not even step sisters that's her sister! Half-sister sure but plenty of people grow up with their half siblings and treat them the same as full. They're blood! Something wild must be going on for a 17 yr old to be acting out on someone she's known her whole life. She shouldn't be sent away, she should be disciplined and spoken to. OP is a def a-hole for wanting to discard a child she basically raised!

so the step mum wants to send the step daughter away? how is that gonna help with the problem? if anything that will make it worse. yes discipline the older one, but also try work out why she's like this. would love to hear from the step daughter to get her side of the story.
