For the sake of the video, you see all the band members singing backing vocals. Actually Brad Delp the lead singer did all the vocals. Great reaction lady. 🌹
Also, Tom Scholz played all but the drums. This video, unfortunately, is them miming to a cut version of the song on the album, that was recorded in Tom's Basement. It's a very difficult song to perform live. At the time, though, TV performances were made to help sell albums. Although, it became the best selling album in history at the time. It didn't need any help, whatsoever. In fact, this album opened the door for many other hard rock bands at the time, because record labels were too bent on promoting just disco. It took a secret plan to get this album past the label's head homchos, and they couldn't ignore it's success.
A lovely woman listening to this beautiful rock song for the first time giving her first reactions made for a magical watching experience. This is one of my favorite Boston song reactions!
This is one of the greatest songs all time! One other song that rivals it is A man I never be by Boston also! The greatest thing about Boston is how Tom and Brad combine Tom's guitar skills and Brad one a lifetime vocals! They were a extension of each other!
Saw them in '79 in Massachusetts on their 2nd Tour (Don't Look Back). There were no big Video Screens or much in the way of Special Effects back then, they had these huge theatrical Organ Pipes that rose on one song behind the Band (and got jammed half way up), Sammy Hagar warmed up for them (Pre-Van Halen).
Comfort: "Wow! Oh my gawd!!!" Yep... Speaking of YES, I hope that you will sometime check out the group YES; I suggest the very long song "CloseToTheEdge" to see what they do. ☮

Boston & Led Zeppelin got me thru my really hard teenage years! ❤
While I always liked this song, I never had a true appreciation for Brad Delp's vocal range. The video really brought home the vocals in a big way.
He is absolutely incredible.
RIP Brad Delp. He left us way too soon!

Except for Fran lol
Perfect, simple, old school rock at its best.
Pure sonic joy
Absolutely 💯
This is a fantastic song with one of the greatest voices in rock. 🇬🇧

One of the greatest songs of all time, and Bad Delp is one of the most overlooked lead singers of all time.
Must say he really shocked me, he is incredible.
Did you know all their albums were recorded in a basement oof one of the members of band
Wow. That’s interesting.
Despite what you see on the internet, for the people who were actually there this would be the Rock anthem for 1976
Wow… that’s interesting 👍🏽
Fantastic song. Love Boston. So much great music
Nice reaction and a great band. Need to explore boston some more.
Thanks for the kind words, I will definitely explore more.
no autotune...just pure TALENT!

You can really tell the source material came from an old tape machine because the wow and flutter is right up front and centre, LOL!
lol… I guess so☺️
Mariah Carey: I can sing really high notes!
Brad Delp: Hold my beer!
😁
Boston - Peace of Mind. Studio version or lyric video.

Hey Fred, thanks for the suggestion, I’ll definitely check it out, looking forward to it.
You have to listen to this in its true glory. That video is very low-quality.
