Timeline 1:35 that is not Cement. That is a Indian village lady storing/drying Cow Dung on a Wall. Once they are dry, they sell it or use it for cooking purposes. They use this dry Cow Dung for various purposes that includes Natural Compost for plants and agriculture. It is a very normal scene in Indian Villages. I am from India so I can tell. And not making it up. 😃🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Yeah its cow dung. Basically people use it in rural areas as a form of Bio Gas to replace LPG to run their stoves.

You feed the Cows,their Dung is mixed with Hay or dried grass and made into small circular cakes and dried naturally by sun on walls or ground, then this cake can be easily stored and used for however long and burnt to cook and Heat during winters,
Also the Dung is good Manure for soil, has anti bacterial properties, super eco friendly, and a boon for the poor and less privileged to save some money as it is free if you own a Cow.

The guy is a rod buster and he was using a wire wheel and clines.And very skilled.
@@davidnichols1363 I did bridge work for a few years and they had a whole crew of about 17 guys that were real rod busters. I seen them steel in and tie down a whole 250' x 65' bridge deck, that was on 6" centers, in one day. We poured that thing that night. I was really impressed by the skill level they were on. Badass
@@markrobles4267 l worked on bridges also . Our crew did it all from the cage for the casons , web walls. , caps, beam seats,and decks. I have used the tools to tie alot of steel. Mostly butterfly wrap so l know that guy was good. Peace.
