Ate here, it’s not very good. Quite pretentious and the service leaves a lot to be desired, food temp control could have been a lot better. You could tell how green the staff and management is with their movements and spiels. The owner should prob think again of getting into this business and stick to his main one.
The chef’s Shari blend is quite juvenile and lacks depth, typical of the western market who aren’t discerning. The chosen rice seems like an ordinary Koshihikari. This would probably impress the QC market though, so they chose their location well.

What's your goal for posting this? Did you try talking to the head chef there? How about the manager? We should be thankful that restos like these are opening in PH. If you really wanted them to improve, could have done this in a better way.

@@icyliciousblue as a matter of fact I did. I complained to my waiter about the slow service, incomplete utensils when we sat down, you need to practically beg for water. Staff kept on acknowledging but no action. When we followed up our food all they could say is a paltry and industry standard "we'll double check." Manager was indifferent and it made complete sense why they were a mess. It all starts from the top. So no, we don't need pretentious restos like these.

Hey, would appreciate any japanese resto recommendations if you have any? So tired of resto’s here in metro manila not focusing on the food but rather only on the aesthetic of the resto and plating.
