@3:23 About the GM car axles being off-center. Very true; saw it for myself on my cousin's 1974 Nova, and this was noted by other Nova owners we knew. My cousin had installed rear wide tires on it; scrape marks were easily discerned on the left rear tire, but not the right (if memory serves).
Where’s the adjustment on a rear end on a leaf spring car? The springs have hangers that aren’t adjustable and the axle has perches with alignment pins. Where’s the adjustment?

I prefer the wheel gauge that has the tire profile wire on it. So you can see the rubber clearance.
Drum brake shoes .Short shoe should be in the front long shoe should be in the rear. Fot the self adjusters to work correctly.
Wow the dry rot on those tires is scary.

Cracked tires are no problem. Just run tubes in them and don't forget to use baby powder! HA

You can find the link to the tool in the description, I don't believe there are any files for printing it yourself however.
