Class 5 is full licence.
Class 7 is learners
This is in Saskatchewan

U still have to apply for class 7(learners) and then you can skip waiting period (9 months) and apply for road test directly after class 7 test. But your dubai(any international) license has to be at leadt 1 year or older.

Sorry for late reply. I think they wont allow you to give your test in that car. Please don’t t quote me that, this is what i understood from his answer and conversation. Hope this helps
