@@wolfwang8464 look at how many shots on goal she had to stop. Minnesota wore her down through attrition. If the Boston offense had put the puck towards the Minnesota net as many times, I don’t think Hensley would have done better.

No loser in the best goalie department. Any of the three nominees can win it. I’d give it to Campbell based on her 11 game winning streak and no real backup goalie in Toronto. She basically carried the mail all year

Justice served as the better team won after being robbed by refs with an agenda in Game 4. I am surprised that the national media covering the PWHL doesn’t take more heat as they did not foresee success to either team at the beginning of the season, favoring Montreal, Toronto and New York. Time to get off the journalistic homerism.. and be better journalists. Congrats to both teams for capping off an outstanding inaugural season and making history… paving the way for bigger things to come. While Hensley stood tall for Minnesota in the championship series, they dont get to play Boston if Maddie Rooney didn’t stand tall in the first round with 2 shutouts. PWHL Minnesota joints the Minnesota Lynx and the Minnesota Twins as the only pro teams in Minnesota to win the big game… the Timberwolves, Stars/Wild, and damn Vikings should learn something.

I can’t wait for the teams to get official names! In addition, while I am ok with the arenas that the teams call home, I actually would have preferred the following arenas being their official homes:
    Boston: TD Garden (Boston MA)
Minnesota: Xcel Energy Center (St. Paul MN)
Montreal: Place Bell (Laval QB)/Verdun Auditorium (Montreal QB)
New York: Barclays Center (New York City NY)/Nassau Coliseum (Uniondale NY)
Ottawa: TD Place Arena (Ottawa ON)
Toronto: Coca-Cola Coliseum (Toronto ON)/Scotiabank Arena (Toronto ON)
In addition, I am hoping that the league will soon expand to more teams! In my opinion, it should have the following teams in the future besides the official ones:
    Buffalo: KeyBank Center (Buffalo NY)
    Chicago: Allstate Arena (Rosemont IL)
Connecticut: Total Mortgage Arena (Bridgeport CT)/XL Center (Hartford CT)
Denver: Ball Arena (Denver CO)/Budweiser Events Center (Loveland CO)
Ohio: Nationwide Arena (Columbus OH)/Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse (Cleveland OH)
Philadelphia: Wells Fargo Center (Philadelphia PA)
Pittsburgh: PPG Paints Arena (Pittsburgh PA)
Seattle: Climate Pledge Arena (Seattle WA)
    Vancouver: Rogers Arena (Vancouver BC)
Washington: Capital One Arena (Washington DC)
In addition, these teams would probably do occasional home games in the following arenas:
Boston: Bright-Landry Hockey Center (Boston MA)/Conte Forum (Boston MA)/Fenway Park (Boston MA)/Gillette Stadium (Foxborough MA)/Mullins Center (Amherst MA)/Tsongas Center (Lowell MA)
Buffalo: Carrier Dome (Syracuse NY)/New Bills Stadium (Buffalo NY)
Chicago: Soldier Field (Chicago IL)/United Center (Chicago IL)/Wrigley Field (Chicago IL)
Connecticut: Martire Family Arena (Fairfield CT)/M&T Bank Arena (Hamden CT)/Rentschler Field (East Hartford CT)/Toscano Family Ice Forum (Storrs CT)/Yale Bowl (New Haven CT)
Denver: Coors Field (Denver CO)/Empower Field At Mile High (Denver CO)
Minnesota: Lee And Penny Anderson Arena (St. Paul MN)/Target Field (Minneapolis MN)/3M Arena At Mariucci (Minneapolis MN)
    Montreal: Centre Bell (Montreal QB)
New York: Baker Rink (Princeton NJ)/Citi Field (New York City NY)/Madison Square Garden (New York City NY)/Prudential Center (Newark NJ)/UBS Arena (Elmont NY)/Yankee Stadium (New York City NY)
Ohio: Cleveland Browns Stadium (Cleveland OH)/Progressive Field (Cleveland OH)/Schottenstein Center (Columbus OH)
    Ottawa: TD Place (Ottawa ON)
Philadelphia: Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia PA)/Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia PA)
Pittsburgh: Acrisure Stadium (Pittsburgh PA)/PNC Park (Pittsburgh PA)
Seattle: Lumen Field (Seattle WA)/T-Mobile Park (Seattle WA)
Toronto: BMO Field (Toronto ON)/Mattamy Athletic Centre (Toronto ON)/Rogers Centre (Toronto ON)
    Vancouver: BC Place (Vancouver BC)
Washington: CFG Bank Arena (Baltimore MD)/Commanders Field (Landover MD)/Nationals Park (Washington DC)
