Rocket fact I learned today: You can change it's flight trajectory by lightly stepping to the side you want to turn to. Just don't nudge it too hard mid flight, or instead of flight you'll have a plunge P.S. the rocket is reusable, three launches in total
In some games I hear you talking stuff like "this item is trash" and I must say, it is nice to see you finding uses for things that the community finds bad, but you make it work. I know some games struggle with balance or have better or worse items on purpose, but in many games almost everything is good, just some stuff is more universal, while other more situational. They can talk things about the fish, but we have proof stuff in this game is just working, but you need to figure out how to achieve that. So what can I say? Fish spikes, fish jumps, fish weight, fish surfing, let's go. Time for you to learn how to use the ladder instead of flaming on it. One big thing I noticed on it is that unlike bamboo, ladder is less impacted by gravity when just floating on its own.
Oh for sure, I think ladder has its value we just haven’t found it yet. But yeah, I always love finding those little hidden use cases for seemingly bad items
I'm here for this precious MosaLina and DotAge new era PS: This episode is super goated, the incredible plays left me clapping loudly. Ending on a 69 score even, oh my. *chef kiss*
Please, dear fellow subscriber, what is to love about dotage? Looked like a generic settlers-clone with wonky mechanics, mildly amusing pixel art, and a weirds backwards-facing narrative… I didn’t get it. Watched five to ten minutes, skipped ten, didn’t find something intriguing. (Especially in absurdly ginormous contrast to this absolute gemstone of a game of gigagoated “gaming!”-moments!)
@@jonaswolterstorff3460 I mean, it's a completely diferent thing, if you don't like strategy or colony management you won't enjoy it at all, but it is a very good one of those to be honest, and it has incorporated many roguelike mechanics to make it more random (even tech available is randomized for each game, etc.). It scratches the same itch as "Against the storm", if you prefer something more serious in tone, with actual graphics and real time management instead of turns, but it is basically a similar vibe: Manage a colony in a randomized environment and survive against dangers. I love it, really, if you don't no problem, we all have our tastes :P
^^ echoing that for sure. Colony sims typically don’t have a ton of randomness/danger but with dotage it really fully embraces the roguelike nature of the game so every episode is completely different from the previous. + new unlocks occur as you’re playing so it’s super fresh, tense, but also lighthearted and fun. I don’t know how good it is to watch but god is it good to play lol
Tyler, I think the best use for the ladder is jumping and then shooting the ladder down, so the ladder lifts you up. I'm a strong believer that every item in Mosa Lina is useful, it's just that the player didn't figure out how to use it yet
This video made me really happy, I have no way to explain why. Maybe it is just seeing your progression with the game with the fish and understanding all of the items which feels really satisfying. Love your content man!!!
Lolol it's so hilarious when you're confidently talking about how your next trick is going to work and then you die mid sentence. It makes me laugh every time
16:00 WHAT THE FUUUUUUCK HE IS INSANE WHO DOES THIS This is truly the only game that I think I can say "Tyler great!", he has the mechanics downloaded into his brain and he sees the matrix between them
What kind of luck is that XD And me getting all the maps where there are spike shooters in one run and dying all the time man. Really great play here, surfing is not as easy as you make it look
You have to put the ladder under you, thats why it stretches, also every items that spawns something can be spammed down + jump continously to reach higher grounds and finally my worst item is the balls, you can barely use them as platforms
man I think other games are just too restrictive and tyler needs creative room. just look at what he can do when he has liberty to make his own paths edit: I know this does not sound like a compliment at first. but in other games you are a relatable common gamer, in here you are brilliant.
I actually think I excel in the creative liberty space. I love any sandboxy, tycoon style games they just don’t perform well on my channel and roguelikes do so I’ve been shoehorned into that space. This game scratches a lot of itches which is why I’m so high on it
one thing i wish they add in this game is a way to see your highscores i got a nice lie 65 point run yesterday and its not that good but it felt super good to get
Gotta love that you went from "fish are literally only useful to me when they are dead" to "Fish break the game"

the physics in this game are beautiful. its a beautiful game.
Nothing stands up to spamming jump and flying up

yea ladder is floaty as hell
ladder mobile is almost fully rideable its like circle 2
pre-jumpnerf bliss right here

Hoping they both pick up on the views so we can stay in this age longer 😅 having an absolute blast with both of these games

Huh yeah that might be a good use case!
Yeah fr. I cannot stand this ladder slander from someone who cannot even use it

5:20 You'll be pleased to know that you can safely walk under the spinning obstacle. I just got a similar level a few minutes ago!

It's truly an Olenky Classic

WHO DOES THIS
This is truly the only game that I think I can say "Tyler great!", he has the mechanics downloaded into his brain and he sees the matrix between them
Those snipes at 15:13 though… what could possibly top this. (Will come back in a minute to report)
Hands down goat-life. “Tyler grandiose!”
This was a great episode! I was cheering on those fish plays and the split second butterfly maneuver.
That ladder surf restored my hope in humanity.
fun fact with arrows, you can actually tower up with them, and they can bend a little leading great versatility in traversal
Great game , i hope this will be long series.😊
I heard the intro as Mosa Lina to the tune of Amadeus
What kind of luck is that XD
And me getting all the maps where there are spike shooters in one run and dying all the time man.

@@OlexaYT felt like I was watching a mission impossible movie xD
Is this game really the Mona Lisa of immersive sims?
i don't know if the name 'mosa lina' is intentionally hinting at that
one thing i wish they add in this game is a way to see your highscores
i got a nice lie 65 point run yesterday and its not that good but it felt super good to get
We did had Froggy in pre-previous episode
I can't believe I saw my man crushing Mosa Lina so hard!!!
on the first final level you did you can actually walk under the spikey rotating thingies
Well played, some funky maneuvers in this one 😂
You got too good at this game :D
Olexa i love you 🥺❤
i love these videos this game is hella fun !
Nice ending
About to become a mosa lina and dotage channel baby
