Hi, I'm a big KPop fan and, I'm not sure why but I ended up here and seeing this video lighted up my little "I really want to learn Korean" light so, I'll check out this weekly episodes from the beginning and I hope it's not as hard as I think it is :D
Ps: I'm studying English as well because I'm Spanish so my comment may be a little bit bad-written or something I don't know :S

Oh my goodness this was so good! You should definitely do more of these with kpop lyrics, it's such a good way to deliver grammar lessons. I've only started learning Korean and being interested in Korean culture and whatnot recently but I found that learning vocabulary through lyrics (I'm at this point a little too elementary to glean much grammar from lyrics) has been an effective way to help words stick in my head.

Thank you so much for clarifying how 너의 is pronounced! I even asked a native speaker about how I heard 애 or 에 at the end whenever I heard 너의 and he said there was no such thing. Maybe he's doesn't even notice because he's native? Anyway, for the longest time I thought my ability to hear Korean was very bad and that I could not hear it properly, but you've made so much sense! Thank you so much again!!!

Hi! I've been watching your series for a year and I would like if you can make a video about different type of formality.. Like when it comes to age, work, school and family. Basically any type of formality and when to use it. It would also be helpful if you have any website or apps that can help us with knowing what words or endings in sentences that is the different type of formalities. I hope this made sence to you. Btw I love your weekly korean learning videos! Without this I would not be motivated to study hangul at all because when it comes to languages I have no motivation, so thank you. :-)

Can you make another one where you explain the whole lyrics behind the song? I know it'll be a long LONG video then but it would be so amazing!!
Since forever I've wanted to be able to sing along with this song, but I have this thing. That when I don't know what they say I can't sing along, I can't memorize it. But now when I've started learning korean I finally actually have the opportunity to learn how to sing along and all. And now after I've watched this video a hundred times and written notes and whatever I can finally sing that one sentence hahahahhahaha. And I'm so happy

What's your major/line of work? Have you thought about becoming a Korean teacher (or even a college professor) or coming up with a formal curriculum? 이렇게 문법까지 하나하나 다 설명하는 걸 보니 특히 외국인들이 받는 한국어 과정을 잘 만들 것 같아서요... I dunno, just a thought since you seem pretty passionate about it.

Personally, I would translate ~~하던 as "used to". Something that used to happen often in the past, but now does not.
So in the song's case with "날 만지던 네 손길" it could be something like, "your hand that used to touch me". Just my little two cents! Hope it helps
