Same here! We've only got one but sometimes my brain still feels like it's about to explode with the worrying, budgeting, parenting, and everything else!!

As a kindergarten teacher f 20 years I understand that ADD kiddos and adults focus better under stress so that’s why add adults create stressful situations intentionally

Hi Alicia! Great shopping haul!! Prices are up everywhere these days. Just an FYI. You can call your bank before your vacation and let them know you'll be using your credit card out of town and they'll make note of it and not freeze your account if they see any unusual out of town purchases. Happy fourth!!

I live on the east coast and my daughter lives in California. She has this problem every time she comes home for a visit. I’m going to give he this tip for her upcoming visit in September. It would be much easier if she called her bank ahead of time.
I did this for me last vacation the guy said you don’t have to I said yes I do last time my card was declined and what happened my card worked and my husbands got declined it was worth the phone call
Exactly! So many don't know this and omg, we updated the address on our debit card when my husband moved cross country prior to us for work. For a good 2 months one or the other card would decline, usually his. Updating the address did nothing, they were declining any purchases he made in CO and would allow small ones 🤣🤣🤣 finally called them and never had the issue again, make the call. When the kids and I finally made the move ourselves to CO we, thankfully, didn't have to do any extra steps and haven't had any issues since.
I love watching these videos and as someone who works in a grocery store I’m intrigued on what the check out process is like! I honestly kinda love big orders it’s very satisfying to scan/bag them 😂 might be just me but I’d love seeing them check you out 😂
I did too when I worked in a grocery store actually all of my retail jobs.
I work for Walmart, I’m in the online pickup dept, if I had to pick this order I’d be stressed TF out! 😂
When I saw the short, I knew that this wasn't far behind!! This week will be busy for me and my family as well because we are also planning a trip to help my grandmother move so lots of packing and making sure my cat will be all set for when my neighbors come to check on her.

Oh, my bank let's me place a travel alert for my do debit card when I travel, the last time I traveled I ended up calling them to tell them the dates and where I would be. No one wants to receive a fraud alert while on vacation. I don't know if that's something that your bank does or not, just thought that I'd mention it. 😊😊😊

Hi, I'm from Homewood, Illinois. I am so proud of all that you are doing for your Family. My Great Aunt Evelyn-Corky was a Foster Mom as was my Uncle Royal Dean. They had nothing but Love in their Hearts for all they took care of. They even Adopted my Wonderful Twin Cousins Heather & Andrew. My Heart was so full of joy when that happened. They are such Christians as all of our Family is. And now my Two Married Cousins, Thier Grandkids are doing the same thing. Bless Them All for doing this as well. Fav time of day, out of all the videos/ family channels this Is one of my favourites, resonantly my anxiety and depression have been bad to the point I don’t want to get out of bed but since watching your channel I feel good again for a little bit thank you from the bottom of my heart 💖
Couple of money-saving (strees-saving) tips you may not have thought of:
Instant oatmeal can be made in disposable cups with hot water from the coffee maker (cheap breakfast).
You might want to pack instant noodles and single-serve Chef Boyardee for late night munchies.
Microwave popcorn takes up next to no space and is good for upset tummies.
Stick packs of Kool-Aid in case the tap water tastes “funny” for the kids. Bottled water will be an expensive hassle.
Go to Dollar Tree for sports bottles and other travel necessities. The kids can lose them without a budget hit. They have nice snack boxes.
Four packs of travel tissues per kid.
Bandages with antibiotic in the pad so you don’t have to mess with a tube.
Travel pack of baby wipes for each kid.
Bandana for each kid. Good for headbands, hair ties, sweat rags, and improvised masks.
Take a couple pair of disposable gloves for BIG messes.
Disposable scented diaper bags for stinky messes.
Carry a few pairs of clean underwear so that a bad hot dog doesn’t ruin your day.
Cough drops. Do not forget cough drops. Smog + allergies = 🤧
Yeah New York I’ve heard is a very crappy place to visit for people who have asthma.

Can’t imagine having that many kids to take care of but having money to just be able to get whatever without worrying about cost has to add a big weight off of you. I am happy that your blessed and that you have giving so many kids a family. They are so lucky to have each other and to have such a great mom and dad.

I love watching your grocery haul videos, its like a wish fulfillment thing imagining going to the store and buying just whatever I want. Haha not choosing between staples for making meals and treats. Your kids are going to have such fond memories of their childhoods with you when they're older!
i am vegan and buy only ecolabel, organic, vegan, animalfriendly, klimatneutral etc and then i recicle longer than i eat or enjoy food, so she somehow influences me to relax a bit and eat more.

We are a military family and live in Hawaii, but something i never realized before before now is that you can travel with one of those 40 gallon bins with wheels and it still counts as a regular baggage as long as it doesnt go over weight limit and linear measurment. Was great to know for when we were being stationed here and had to plan to stay in a hotel for 3 months before we got our housing. Would make carrying all the snacks a lot easier! And you could pack drinks in there also!

Thanks to you, I use tiny paper cups for kids vitamins! It's soooo much easier! Also, I am the one that has to take a decent amount of meds/vitamins in my family and your weekly/monthly sorting video inspired me to get on that organizing so I can take my meds regularly and not just "when I remember to fill my organizer". For your coffee bring along a travel coffee cup, an electric kettle, a plastic funnel and buy the number 2 coffee filters, Bring your favorite coffee and make your own. You can buy the milk in NYC.
Whenever I travel and take toiletries I always put them in ziplock bags so hopefully if they leak it’s not on everything else! I hope you all have a fantastic time 🥰

You are so good at planning I seriously need to take tips from you.
Usually if you call your bank and let them know you are traveling on vacation then they will not freeze your card. My husband and I learned that the hard way when we traveled to Texas on vacation and went to get gas and our cards were frozen. Thank goodness we had some cash on us.
When I go to the store I can think of that day and the next day and that's it. You thought of the week, the flight there and back, the meal when you return and the breakfast for the morning after you return plus a huge holiday! Without a list! Oh and a movie night......Amazing! Def one to rewatch for motivation.

I know it’s extremely late but you could order blue white & red m&m’s in bulk (separate colours) and make the mix yourself, that way you’ll have loads of m&m’s left for any other events :)
A MUST DO BEFORE ANY TRIP. cc OR debit card call them. Set a travel plan. Day start to day return. I do this every time I travel. If inside my home state is no problem. But if outside Az, i always call.
Friendly suggestion. Don't forget a EMPTY water bottle for every one. Can bring in their carry on bags. But tsa won't allow if have liquid in them. When I flew back in May hand sanitizer was allowed, the tiny bottles like you hang on your purse size. Also may want (esp younger kiddos) to pack a extra outfit in their carry on bags. i always do for planes (im 50 yrs old) & my adult son (29 years old). Is a just in case cause you never know.

Please don't. They allow there products to be tested on animals. So basically, innocent animals ( bunnies, cats , dogs, mice etc) are tortured , blinded, burned and killed. It's horrific. All animal testing should be outlawed; it's beyond immoral and disgusting.

We have a drink dispenser like that and a lot of time we just put ice in the bottom to help keep it cooler for longer without watering the drink down any further

For your watermelon hack, yellow spot means nice and ripe and firm, but to know if it's also sweet, look for the brown patches or lines of bee stings! The bee's go for the sweet ones! Combine these two hacks and you will have the best of the best!

Alicia - I would try the dollar tree for some stuff! If you’re looking to save on toiletries. Also if you’re buying huge amounts - Sam’s Club is a great option.
I agree. I watched another video and she said she had gone to Costco earlier in the week. Pancake mixes, spices, coffee creamer, chicken, sliced ham, etc, is so much less expensive. I grew up with 7 kids. My momma would have bought the Costco spiral ham, then used that to make sandwiches etc, than pay the prices at the regular grocery store. It’s nice that you can afford to shop like this. We have a business Costco and a Cash and Carry nearby. They offer #10 can sizes in sauces and veggies, extra large pancake and bread mixes. For those who get assistance from the state they offer to take SNAP EBT.

Thank you for this wonderful video. I peeled my 10 pounds of pototoes for salad. Cleaned my kitchen and put my cheese cake away. You are amazing. Everything you have to do for a 4 day vacation. Clothes, snacks, toiletries for everyone and meds. Oh I bring first aid kit when I travel with my family. You are awesome. Your family should be thanking God for you. Try to find one which has a good yellow patch (not white patch). It means that the watermelon had time to ripen in the field. White patch ones are those that get picked early from the farm so they are not ripe. Also the part where watermelon attaches itself to the stem should have become dry. If it’s still green, then choose another one.

I love watching your videos!! Our family uses credit cards for gas and groceries so we can get the rewards our cards offer. I’d say with the amount you spend, it may be worth it to use credit cards and pay of the balance just for the rewards. Thank you for sharing your life with us!!
Think their sponsers pay for all their food. Such unhealthy food. She needs to sit down with a dietitian about healthy food for her kids. What does her pediatrician say about her food choices for her kids?Some of her children are overweight.

20 years ago i did the same thing for 8 days in disney world...packed our snacks and juices...we flew but back then was entitled to one bag(of course large(:) per person..
