I too struggled with infertility, and know the pain and devastation of unsuccessful treatments. So happy for you Alicia that you enjoy and feel privileged to have your family. You are the parents they were meant to have❤️❤️
My daughter and her husband were childless for 15 years before starting their journey with fosters. They now have three healthy boys through adoption. I remember early on her sobbing several times after attending baby showers honoring her loved friends, but having those blessed brought home to her once more that she and her husband would probably not have children. The beauty of watching them foster nine children, eventually adopting three of the boys is a joy.
As someone who grew up in a abusive and neglectful home, these videos warm my heart. I would always wish for someone like you to come and save me from that place. I was always told people like you don’t exist. Seeing how you grow your family while saving these kids, treating and loving them as your own is so heart warming to watch please never stop 😭
Bless u samantha, my childhood was bad ,I can never remember my mother doing any thing ,I think she had us kids to do the housework ,cook ect ,we had to clean before school ,get the younger ones in school before getting our selfs in school ,come home and start again ,I think that's why I do every thing for mine ,I allways swore mine would never be short of love
Your comment makes me cry a lill bit, bcs I know exactly what you mean.. *gives you a hug and patpat on your head* Our turn to take an example and make it better.
She’s doing a really great, happy job. I’ve seen some snark videos recently about this family… but honestly I’m so impressed! She gets in there and works extremely hard for her kiddos. Such a wonderful servant’s heart!
I’m 20 with no kids, but watching your videos has become a daily routine of mine. thank you for making my mornings more pleasant! much love to you and your family. happy birthday zoe!
First 2 weeks of trying to be like you was tough, now 1 month and half after I'm a pro and everything comes as second nature. I now enjoy way more motherhood and love it! Stress and anxiety was taking over me but I'm now a better mum and things seem so easy when I just enjoy and relax despite the tantrums. I'm so grateful for my babies. Thanks to you for showing me that motherhood and being a homemaker is amazing
@@ryepeseduar It’s common for older children being adopted to change their name so they can have a ‘fresh start’ to life. Their birth name often has negative connotation to it linked to their trauma. He moved in already knowing friends who had changed their names and he liked the idea of doing that as well.
I love how you explain food aversion to those who aren't familiar with autism or spectrum disorders. Foods like "Ketchup sandwiches" for your baby, my son only likes Turkey lunchables every single day but will eat chicken nuggets with a lot of ketchup. Gotta have cheddar and sour cream ruffles and gala apples unpeeled! During the pandemic, our grocery stores limited 3 lunchables per order. It was tough! As broad as most palettes are, it's hard to explain to some how our children deal with these food aversion difficulties. As always, I'm in awe of how much you sacrifice and do for your family. I struggle to get up at 7 and you are shopping well beforehand. It's reassuring to know that in NY, 10 Children are living their best life because of you. I'm so excited to see your family grow and how your stories reach others. Thank you for taking us along throughout this journey. Love the video! Happy Birthday Zoey!!
Agreed, it is a privilege to be a mother, shopping, cooking and cleaning for my kids. Hubby and I went through 2 years of back to back miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies. I remind myself of that every time I stress. I look at my kids and remember how much I wanted them.
We also had several miscarriages and ectopic pregnancy no I can say I was blessed with 3 kids and now a wonderful precious grandson that just loves life and asks to stay with us everyweekend.we must be fun grandparents and ofcourse there is the we spoil him thing too
You’ve given me hope ❤️❤️ 23 with no kids . But at 20 I had an ectopic pregnancy and for sure thought I’d never have a kid . Praying for a blessing one day! ❤️🤞🏼🙏🏼
I love you're perspective. I am almost 45 and didn't get to have my own children. 5 pregnancies 😪 The grief is real. I am a stepmum from when she was 13. She lost her mum at 17. She is now 22 and out on her own and absolutely smashing life. I am so proud of her and me for she is my greatest achievement of this life. I got to lead her through her teenage years and she appreciates me for it. I am lucky xx
I don’t know why but I find your grocery hauls so calming and peaceful, I look forward to them! I love how you mentioned is all about perspective, so true! Also I love my kiwis and every time I go to any grocery store they tend to be too hard or mushy, but I learned to get the brand Mightiest kiwis 🥝 they come in a clear containers like berries do and they are always good quality. I find them at Target hope that help! I love watching you and your family so much. 💓
it’s because you’re watching someone with their life in order and taking care of things, and deep down you want the same, so when you see others do it it brings you a small amount of satisfaction compared to if you did this yourself.
I don’t know how you do it. I walked into the grocery store yesterday morning and the increase in prices (ex: store brand pasta sauce 24 oz a month ago was $0.88…yesterday $1.47. I go so anxious and upset because it’s a struggle that I cried right there in the pasta aisle. I am glad you are blessed to purchase food for all of the kids.
Just a little side note that may be helpful. Despite years of being told Gatorade was great during/after a stomach bug my gastroenterologist actually told me it's not. He said the sugar content is way to high & can actually make diarrhea worse. He said Pedialyte, coconut water, water, green tea are much better options. Just thought I'd pass that along because it's something I just learned myself at 40 years old!!
We recommend Gatorade mainly because diarrhea forces you to lose so much water so quickly that it can be dangerously close to dehydrating you. Gatorade helps with hydration and restoring the electrolytes that you’re losing :)
I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby through IVF - your words about infertility, grief, and loneliness were so real and true! Thank you for sharing your family with us ❤️
I was 38 years old when I was blessed with my son after almost 16 years of not being able to conceive, & your absolutely right being called mummy is the biggest blessing I could ever revive, he's my world. It didn't work out with his dad who said he wasn't ready to be a father but you know what I can and am man enough to be both for him. Your baby's are so lucky to have you as there mummy, your doing an amazing job. 💖💖💖 love to you all from beautiful Yorkshire England xxx
I´m 45, no kids, never wanted to be a father...but I saw our videos and let me tell you, I´m proud of you and it is so good to see people like you that they are so happy to be mom and take care of your kids like you do...it´s inspiring. It's a matter of choice...you wanted to be mother, and that´s awesome.
I absolutely agreed with everything you said about infertility and the grief that goes with it. I have been there myself. my husband and I adopted our 6 kids some thru foster care, some we just raised and never got legal custody. Each time I hear one of them say Mama it makes me so thankful for every opportunity I have to be with them. so thankful to able to love them and be loved by them.
We need a Sunday series called “Pep Talk with Alicia.” I’ve been struggling so much with being “just mom” lately and feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed. Thank you for reminding me what a blessing being “just mom” is. It gives me a new perspective and outlook on the week! I love my kiddos do, so much but it can be a lot. Also, LOVE the story of how Patrick chose his name! My 37 year old SpongeBob loving husband also approves. ❤️
@@3DegreesNorth638 she said she doesn’t shop at Costco because they don’t open early enough to work with the daily schedule/routine that her family has
I'm new to your channel and I'm not a Mom but I admire you for what you do for your children. You go over and beyond for them. You understand every child's need and do whatever it takes to keep them happy and very well cared for. Your children are very lucky to have you as their Mom!!! Hope everyone is feeling better and Zoe had an awesome birthday!
I'm addict to your grocery haul, there is something...satisfying about it, idk. I'm amazed to see how big everything is North America, like the bottles of milk or cranberry juice are massive! I would LOVE to have 15 frappuccino at once where I live, but I have to take them one by one, help... You're wonderful, love from France💗
Oh my goodness that is so sweet your little story about how Patrick got his name! That melts my heart. I love watching your videos. It really makes my heart so warm. I grew up in care. I lived in lots of group homes...so When I see people like you doing what your doing it really means so much to me. Thank you so much for all you do. ❤️
I could honestly listen to you talk all day! I’ve been suffering with post partum depression for the last few months. And just listening to you talk and how you don’t become overwhelmed just helped me ❤️ Thanks for helping a mum out. Jen from Australia 🇦🇺 🦘
At first I was appalled at the amount of prepackaged, expensive foods purchased. Then I remember something one of my sisters said. She worked a highly demanding, time consuming job. She had a family of five. It is a trade off. She gave every second she was able to her family. If that meant more expensive prepackaged items so she could spend quality time with her family, it was worth it! Alicia Dougherty's greatest joy is her family and with 10 kids her time has to go to what is most important!
The way you described your infertility struggles and reaching out to others in your situation made me cry. You have so much compassion and gratitude and it shows in how you mother your beautiful children. I’m so glad I stumbled across this channel. Always puts a happy smile on my face. Take care 😊
My only experience grocery shopping has been here in Australia and overseas where I was born in Chile, plus my visits to Peru, Bali, Fiji, Hawaii and the Philippines. I must say I’ve almost never seen the massive quantities that everything seems to come in over in the mainland US that I see in RUclips vlogs. I’m quite jealous!! Also the variety of processed foods is so different, I’d love to try some of them. We have heaps too, just different. Since my family only has 4 people, I can choose how much to make from scratch depending on how much time I have outside of work and my health permitting. I’m gleaning some great tips from your content, and a massive amount of inspiration! What an amazing family you all are. Like so many, I had my issues with infertility and now I’m so grateful for my kids too. Thank you for the perspective reminder that we GET to do this for our families. 💕
Hey, I’m from Germany. Suffering from bad anxiety. You are helping me so much to just keep going for my 3Kids. Thank you so much. Ive watched so many videos of you. If I ever will be in New York in my life I cud easily give you a day of knowing your routines so well by now :) xxx

I've been binge watching your videos for the last 2 days, if course i do other things too lol, but I'm glad i came across your vlogs and page a couple days ago. Alicia, you literally are a Goddess and your husband and kids are blessed beyond words to call you theirs. I'm 31 years young, and those beautiful words you say at the end, nobody has ever told me in a few years. You are so beautiful inside and out and even tho I'm 31, i wish i was part of your family. I wish i was loved by you even tho that sounds weird. My twin, R.I.P., had seizures since we were 9 and even before we found out she had Epilepsy, one of her legs would fall asleep randomly but my mom really only give her all the attention and even after she passed December 3rd 2017, she still didn't care; just for my unborn son and i get it but still. I understand she's done plenty for me, but her being so unsupportive on so many important things, like laughing and congratulating me when my first baby daughter passed, I will never forget. I constantly remind her of all the hurt and pain she's put me thru, and she blames all of my mistakes even the ones that she's caused or something/someone else caused on me as well. I've been thru 2 divorces, one in which I'm currently going thru, and the only one that has really given me the energy to keep going are my kids, my guy best friend but most importantly, my super supportive boyfriend. Those words you say at the end, really mean a lot to me and always makes me cry because i feel that you truly and deeply mean it and just knowing that, is everything to me. Honestly wish you were my mom even tho we're probably not that far in age. Your kids are blessed to have such an amazing Role Model, Hero and Inspiration. Even tho I'm on day 3 of knowing and watching you guys, I love you all so much and may God bless you all for infinite years to come 🙏🏽💜🥰😍😘🙌🏽🙏🏽💜🥰😍😘🙌🏽
I love that you recognize it as a privilege, and you sacrificed & worked hard for what you have. We've suffered 14 years of infertility with 1 pregnancy that we lost, twin daughters. What I wouldn't give to be a mom, to have my little girls with us.
I found you recently and I just wanted to say: damn you are a SUPER MOM! I’m a daughter of a mom who birthed and raised 5 kids all adults now and has one grandson (1 years old) and baby sits him at times too, so seeing you take on such duties reminds me of my mom. You are SO strong! I could never 😂 I’m 26 and married no kids and your grocery shopping feels like half of what I do lol. i end up making grocery runs a few times a week for a couple things and it drives me nuts LOL. cooking for a easy going husband is a plus. Anywho kudos to you for keeping your sanity! You’re amazing ma! Love to see it! ❤️ keep up the hard work, it’ll pay off 🙌
I just want to say thank you for seeing those of us that struggle with infertility. I am unable to get pregnant and adoption wasn't feasible at the time. I also struggle with anxiety and depression so I had to consider that into everything. I have 6 cats, one a permanent foster with hydrocephalus, and a dog. The furry kind of children it is for us! You are such an inspiration and I love your videos!❤️❤️
I cried with joy at the end of this video. The same oh the same. I was told I would never have children since I was 21. I have 2 sisters, and am an aunt to 8. I was happy with that and tried to be the best aunt. When I was 36, God blessed me with a miracle. She was born very small 1lb10z and 2 months in the NICU. She is now 7 years old, healthy and we work through any emotional/behavior issues from being preemie. I got blessed again with my son, born at 40 weeks when I was 40 years old. He is autistic and still learning to talk. I am the same, always happy, smiling because of everything you said. Bless your sweet heart❤ I hope you all have a wonderful birthday party today!
The more I watch some of your content, the more I think about how useful couponing could be for the family. Most couponers tend to stock up on supplies with insane savings! I'm sure you guys are financially stable but I think it could help in the long run! Just an idea. Love your channel and appreciate how open you are, you're raising these kids so well. Love the positive energy!
I think her every time I watch her grocery hauls. Most of the extreme couponers end up donating a lot of their stuff but she would actually get to put it to use within her own family!
i think couponing would be an interesting thing for her family, because they do buy in large quantity, but the main reason I think is the time it takes to compare coupons, dates, brands, stores, etc. So it makes more sense just to keep the shopping to the most convenient way, so she can spend more quality time with her family and invest in youtube. She started on tiktok, apparently (I don't use tiktok, and found her here, but lots of times she mentions tiktok and posts tiktoks on yt shorts), and started posting on youtube later on, she said in a video a while back that she used to have a part time weekend job and posting videos regularly helped her not need it anymore and now she gets to be a "momfluencer" full time. And the kids get to be in the videos if they choose so.
I’m a truck driver and when I’m home I rarely go to grocery store for myself.. watching your video today has motivated me to go to the store today. Happy Birthday Zoey!! Also your fertility story stuck with me and my wife ❤️ so happy you get to be a mom and one day we will too 😘

@@syniahthomas977 I have never replied to a thread or comment on RUclips in the many years that I have been watching. But… I too work in trucking, and although I am not a driver my husband is. Let me tell you.. I’m not sure if you are either immature or ignorant but let me enlighten you. If not for truckers you would have NOTHING. NOTHING. No food. No gas. Nothing. Respect the profession. Respect the drivers. It takes ALOT to offend me, however I am so incredibly tired of people making fun of these hard working individuals and treating them like second class citizens. Thank a trucker. They deserve it.
Alicia, you brought a tear to my eyes when you were driving home talking about perspective and you struggled with fertility .You are one great mom beautiful inside and out.Im 67 from England xx love watching all your videos Happy birthday Zoe xx
Me and my husband struggled with infertility for 10 years but then we became blessed with 3 miracles. They are now 12,10 and almost 4 years old. Sometimes life can be difficult and overwhelming but i wouldnt have it any other way!! I’m so impressed by your energy and motivation 😍🤩 Hugs and love from me and my family in Sweden
My daughter wanted to be called sponge bob and square pants for her last name, when I told all my children that it was their lives and they could be called whatever they wanted, luckily it didn't last for long 🙃. Thank you for sharing your story, it puts so much into perspective when you feel like you're the only one doing the laundry etc. Keep being you, you are amazing too 🥰
I'm ugly crying at your perspective. We have dealt with infertility, pregnancy loss and all of the grief that comes with it. My perspective is how many kids we have been able to take care of. We wouldn't have been able to do that with little ones of our own. Those kiddos needed us. I do miss Z, poor little dude with horrible skin from his first three years with no baths. He was my buddy. His dad found him and he's in excellent condition now. Anyway, you are beautiful inside and out! Thank you for talking about something most people avoid. 💜💜💜
Oh my goodness Loved how Patrick got his name so precious and each of the children has their special treats and items I know Zoey had a wonderful birthday too cute Have a blessed week Praying all the children are feeling better 💖
I clicked on this video because it was suggested to me. I honestly didn't know what to expect but I'm so touched by your humbleness for all that you do. The perspective of parenthood being a privilege - more people need to believe and live that. Sending big hugs from Germany!
Alicia, you've opened up your heart with your own personal experiences...at the end of this video. I understand better where you're coming from. Always upbeat (cheerful), you're helping many others with that attitude. Myself included. Thanks for sharing slices of your life with us! Also for your ability with special needs. You're just a great person. ❤️🌻
Good for you, mom for being so happy for all those kids. I was you 30 35 years ago. We eventually adopted and raised a beautiful daughter. Her birthday just was and she turned 34! We were blessed but not with a baby we carried inside but in our hearts.
I needed to hear your perspective this morning, I feel so burnt out… I feel a whole new wave of inspiration and can’t wait to start a fresh week tomorrow!
I used to cook a lb or so of dry pinto beans in the crockpot with spices like garlic salt pepper and some cumin. Added onions. The first night we had pintos and corn bread. After a meal or two we added spices and ingredients for chili. We drained some of the pinto juice if needed. We made chili and ate it for a couple of dinners until we were left with tomato juice and what we called shrapnel, tiny pieces of meat onions and bell pepper. We froze the broth/juice if we were tired of it. When ready we thawed it and used it to make goulash or chili Mac. One or two lbs of cooked dry pintos can go a long way in feeding a family. We kept dry beans on hand in a large glass container in the pantry. I recommend glass because mice can’t chew through it if that is an issue.
Alicia, you are amazing! We had problems getting pregnant and also had losses. God's Blessings to you and your whole family! Keep up your mission of love!
As a lady who has also had multiple losses I totally get this. We didn’t struggle getting pregnant but having our three was hard. I would drag myself across nails and hot coals to make my kids toast. I love them and I love being mum. Do they try my patience and destroy the house? Oh yes! But that’s one of the things I will miss in however long when they are grown up ❤️ No kid asks to be born so we who are lucky enough to be parents to them should be making that as special as we can. It doesn’t mean spending money, just a little time and love
I loved you sharing your nine years of not having children l had twins miscarried my first twin at three months then went into delivery number 2 at five months stillborn he would be 20 this year on February 18 ,and this October 3 2022 l lost my youngest son age 27 due to depression and many years of treatment l have my oldest son age 29 years with Autism l feel so lost it's the hardest thing in the world losing a child or not being able to have children l will never have grandchildren but l wanted to say thank you l have PTSD since Justin passed l found and performed CPR ,but the Lord had a better plan so l can't sleep so l love seeing your family and shopping hauls and holidays and in a wonderful way l fall asleep, just wanted to say God Bless you and your family and l angry with you l was a single working mom but l always placed my children first and l would do it all over again .🙏💝
Omg Alicia. You made me tearing. A lot of women have Pcos and fibroids. It leads infertility. I dream about being a mom every single day. Seeing you’ve gone through everything and now living happily. It’s silver lining. Can you please give some information on how did you get pregnant after infertility? That will be such a big help. I see hundreds thousands women in my infertility groups. We are all hopeless and don’t know what to do
I really love and appreciate how open and honest you are about raising kids with disabilities. I feel like it’s not talked enough about and not everyone understands. I’m currently in college and studying to become a special education teacher and I’m truly inspired by the families I’ve had to interview for papers and learning how I can care and be an advocate for their child ❤️
I loved your infertility discussion. I know several people that have dealt with infertility issues and I pray for them everyday. It is such a blessing and a privilege to be a mother
I have a lot of trauma and had a very hard life, and I love watching your videos because you are so kind and empathetic and empowering and positive, motivating. I just love your mantras! I usually comment from my other channel shauna marie xo but I just had to comment now and let you know how amazing you are!
You have an incredibly kind heart and a beautiful soul. Idek how else to describe it. You're a great mother who cares so deeply about your children and I wouldve saved so much trauma in my life if I had that kind of support. Keep going strong
Happy 10th Birthday! I'm one of those Moms that was blessed with a baby through adoption... youre right that it's so hard to be the family without kids.... no one ever understands the pressure we put on ourselves! God blessed us with our daughter! And I'm thankful everyday to do all the mundane mom duties! Thanks for sharing!
Alicia, try making them a blackberry cobbler. I add a like cinammon & nutmeg made a. Melted stick of butter 1 c sugar # little brown sugar, 1 c of plain flour , add milk, baking powder stir pour in melted butter then add fresh blackberries that are sweetened & warmed in microwave. Cook 375 for about 45 minutes, you can double for your family.
Idk how u made it thru the speech of being a mom without crying! I've got tears STREAMING over here. U just inspire me so much. The world needs more people like u. 🤗🥰
I went through it for 3 yrs. finally blessed with one bio daughter. We adopted our son through foster care 4 yrs later. Presently we’ve adopted and are raising our 7&6 yr old granddaughters. We are still FP and hoping to still add to our family. You’re are a gem!
Y’all have such a beautiful family and it is clear that you put so much thought and love into the way you raise and acknowledge each child and their desires, things that make them happy, and things they need to be nurtured and grow. One question I had / thing I had noticed is the amount of packaging and dishes y’all go through. Certainly buying pre packaged food is helpful with such a huge family and boxes etc can be recycled but I have been wondering about the use of paper plates and plastic cups. Even if only used at dinner time, that adds up so quickly to 84 plates per week, and 84 cups… which is immensely wasteful especially since y’all aren’t using compostable dishwear. (Which I respect, because compostable dishwear is harder to find and more expensive) and I definitely respect that washing 84 dishes per week and 84 cups per week is intense on top of everything y’all already take care of, but just thought it was worth mentioning for the sake of awareness. Perhaps the kids can wash their own dishes that aren’t throw away? Maybe I’m misinterpreting the amount of paper and plastic products used, but if it is as it appears it’s a big impact to make on the earth each week / day / year and you’ve got a lot of beings you’re tending and guiding through there life which is directly tied to the earth that sustains and provides all of the resources to create the packaging/dishes/etc.. an environmentally sustainable lifestyle for such a huge family would be even more of a full time job on top of what you already do, but maybe this is one way to cut back on your impact in terms of waste & pollution. Blessings to y’all for all that you do 🙏
You are correct, you have clothes to wash, it means you have a family. You have grocery shopping, you have food in your stomach, you have a house to clean, you have a roof over your head. You are blessed!!!!!!! You and your family are beautiful!
wow, that infertility speech really had me sobbing. When I was 15 my doctor told me it was unlikely I would have my own children, and for nearly the 5 years since i’ve been horribly depressed about it. People tell me I’m dumb for being sad about such a thing at my age, but it really messes me up, so in a way, seeing someone, YOU, making the best of it really makes me so happy and hopeful for my own future. ❤️
Listening to your perspective about being a mom actually made me cry. It's just so beautiful how much you love your family and how much joy you find in being a mom. For a long time, I didn't want to be a mom because I didn't have a great example of what that looked like and I'm very grateful to have found your channel because your example is exactly what I needed to see.
My husband and I struggle with infertility as well and even though I got three beautiful step children I didn't get the privilege of being called 'mom' and getting to do all the things people take for granted, so I completely agree with you. It's a complete honor to be called mom, and it doesn't matter if they are biologically yours or the good Lord blessed you with them in other ways. I applaud you for being such a great mom
You are an inspiration!!! I have a beautiful family of 5, due to health conditions of my own worsening the past few years I wasn't able to do much of the mom things, I had to sit by and watch other people do it. Watching you has been helping me to see that the little things that we deal with as moms are something we are privileged to experience as moms.
I have lost 2 babies, we got our blessings from god almost 6 years ago now. I understand where you come from! And even when I am stressing about things I am still so happy and blessed! I see you and your thinking! I am there my self! Now you have me bet lol 12 kids you are truly a rock star!!
So I'm from Germany and we have just "normal" - siced products in our supermarkets, except for a few exceptions. So seeing this giant sices at American supermarkets its like "omg, that's so much.. I want that too.." But I still ask myself how do you manage to have enough money to make grocery shopping for so many people.. And I think u deserve a lot of respect, with so many kids there will be for sure not many alone and relax time for you and that's every day.. Really, my big respect, I think I couldn't manage this without daylie mental breakdowns and existential fears. But also it so often makes me cry to see what a God damn good and loving mother you are. Your kids can be so happy. I wish there would be so much more people like you, so everybody just can heal and spreed love. I also love your understanding for the mental illnesses of your children and the eating disorders, there so many people out there who could just take an HUGE example from you. I hope u have a nice weekend 🙏🏻 Dear wishes and hugs from other side of Atlantic 😇 And sorry for my bad English
Not sure if you know this or not. But almost all of the items you buy. Can be frozen for future use. Especially bread and lunch meat. We are a family of 5, and I freeze 10 loaves of bread a month. As well as I stock up on many things and freeze most of them.
Just know you have so many more kids online❤❤ I almost cried when you said you were proud of us. I am in college and don’t get to see my mom as much as I would like so I started watching you to make me feel better because you remind me of her. So thank you for doing what you do not only for your kids but for us as viewers as well!!
Listening to you talk about infertility as my sweet baby girl kicks me and my heart grew at least three times it's size. We didn't struggle with infertility but every month that I had a negative test was heartbreaking. I watched my sister in law fight infertility and seeing her finally be blessed with her girl was a blessing. I love watching your videos. I love your grocery hauls too! I love grocery shopping so seeing you shop for so many is fun. I truly believe there are women (and men) meant to have a huge family and you were one of them! Many prayers and blessings to your family.
I have no children and I live by myself but I love watching your videos, makes me more motivated and your grocery hauls are so peaceful. They help my anxiety. Happy birthday Zoey xx

Alicia, I was just watching you and you explained your story of motherhood. And you were understanding women like me who have had trouble getting pregnant or carrying the baby to term. I found myself having tears in my eyes. While we were going through all of that, nobody ever told me they understood or it would be okay , or they would pray for us…Everybody acted like I was sad for no reason. Babies just come. Well They Don’t!!! As I painfully knew. But your understanding has made me feel so much better. Thank you dor being you. I never talk about this. I probably won’t again for the longest time….You are so wonderful… Thank you for your awesome channel…….Hugs from Ohio, DW🇺🇸🙏🏼🦋😇🌷🎉🍏🎊💙🧸⭐️😇🌷❤️💙
Your perspective shift just slapped me right in the face! I’ve never had issues with infertility but I can empathize with wanting something so badly that you just can’t have. I am so grateful for seeing that part of this video today. Thank you! ❤
Mom of 6 kiddos here! Glad to see someone with a large family shop “normal” 🤗. Instead of oats & dry beans. You definitely are the most relatable mama, at least to me!
Have you ever tried wool dryer balls? We put about 4-5 in the dryer and they're reusable! It's better for the environment and helped cut out dryer sheet costs for us 🙂 They also help cut down on drying time!
You are a beautiful person inside and out. I was blessed with one son and had to have a hysterectomy, I cried and felt so empty and still do. I love children and my son is my life. I’m 53 and don’t have grandchildren so I just try to gather up all of the babies in my family and bring them with whenever I get a chance lol

Yeah it's definitely weird for me to see someone buying the foods that her kids actually like n ask for.
I hope y’all all have invested in therapy to heal and that you’re in good situations now. ❤️❤️❤️
I’m 33 with no kids and same! Love these videos and following the fam
I’m 20 with no kids as well 😂
25 no kids. 4 Staffordshire bull terriers. They are my kiddos lol
I’m 31 with 2 boys. And I absolutely love waking up to her videos everyday. 🥰 apart of my daily routine
I’m also 20 with no kids😅
First 2 weeks of trying to be like you was tough, now 1 month and half after I'm a pro and everything comes as second nature. I now enjoy way more motherhood and love it! Stress and anxiety was taking over me but I'm now a better mum and things seem so easy when I just enjoy and relax despite the tantrums. I'm so grateful for my babies.
Thanks to you for showing me that motherhood and being a homemaker is amazing
I loved the story of how Patrick got his name.
Me too! ❤️
Me three!
Super cute. Why did he change his name, though?
That was adorable!
Aw bless! ✨
Being a mom is a hard job. It's ok to have those feelings. It doesn't make you ungrateful just human :)
✨💘💐
I don’t know why but I find your grocery hauls so calming and peaceful, I look forward to them! I love how you mentioned is all about perspective, so true! Also I love my kiwis and every time I go to any grocery store they tend to be too hard or mushy, but I learned to get the brand Mightiest kiwis 🥝 they come in a clear containers like berries do and they are always good quality. I find them at Target hope that help! I love watching you and your family so much. 💓
Yes that’s what i’m usually get they haven’t had them for 2 weeks now. I’ll look at Target, thanks!
Lol calming nothing seems calm about her life
it’s because you’re watching someone with their life in order and taking care of things, and deep down you want the same, so when you see others do it it brings you a small amount of satisfaction compared to if you did this yourself.
I am also 40, & didn’t know this. Thank you for sharing! 😊
I second that coconut water and aloe Vera is also good too to help ease your stomach 🙂
We recommend Gatorade mainly because diarrhea forces you to lose so much water so quickly that it can be dangerously close to dehydrating you. Gatorade helps with hydration and restoring the electrolytes that you’re losing :)
There is suger free/zero gatorade, tastes just as good and hydrates without the sugar.
Oh geez! Ok thanks!
I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby through IVF - your words about infertility, grief, and loneliness were so real and true! Thank you for sharing your family with us ❤️

Our ICSI son is 11 now 😃, it took us 6 years. Thank you for talking about it Alicia and for writing about it, Elle and the others 😘
I realize you shop early when the store has just opened, but that store is incredibly clean and well stocked!
Wegmans is a super market! Ha! No pun intended
IKR! I wish the grocery stores in my area were that well stocked!
Wegmans is the bomb! The deli, bakery, cheese shop and produce are massive and the best quality
Wegmans is simply the best.
I absolutely love how sweet Patrick’s name story is. Sweet boy.
We don’t need much milk, so I’ll just grab 3 gallons! 😂 although I’m sure that’s not a lot for your family but that really did make me laugh lol

Sameee I’m also surprised at how BIG every package is in the US (i live in South America)
How interesting!
I'm in Australia and same, the huge size in the US is astounding!
And just listening to you talk and how you don’t become overwhelmed just helped me ❤️
Thanks for helping a mum out.

Take care 😊
Thanks! You are very inspiring and your videos help me alot

🧡🧡🧡
🧡🧡🧡
Really warms my heart that you remember what each kids loves/requests/would eat/would love ❤️

I clicked on this video because it was suggested to me. I honestly didn't know what to expect but I'm so touched by your humbleness for all that you do. The perspective of parenthood being a privilege - more people need to believe and live that. Sending big hugs from Germany!

Good for you, mom for being so happy for all those kids. I was you 30 35 years ago. We eventually adopted and raised a beautiful daughter. Her birthday just was and she turned 34! We were blessed but not with a baby we carried inside but in our hearts.
I love how you make special dishes for each kid on their birthday.
Just an easy way to stretch your food as far possible for any size family. Saves money too.
Blessings!
Alicia, you are amazing! We had problems getting pregnant and also had losses. God's Blessings to you and your whole family! Keep up your mission of love!
Beautiful words at the end Alicia, what a great perspective to have.
As a lady who has also had multiple losses I totally get this. We didn’t struggle getting pregnant but having our three was hard.
I would drag myself across nails and hot coals to make my kids toast. I love them and I love being mum. Do they try my patience and destroy the house? Oh yes! But that’s one of the things I will miss in however long when they are grown up ❤️

Hope everyone is feeling better.
Thank you 🧡🧡🧡
OMG, I love watching you, so so sweet and celebrating your life as a mama of so many. I really enjoy watching you
My husband and I struggle with infertility as well and even though I got three beautiful step children I didn't get the privilege of being called 'mom' and getting to do all the things people take for granted, so I completely agree with you. It's a complete honor to be called mom, and it doesn't matter if they are biologically yours or the good Lord blessed you with them in other ways. I applaud you for being such a great mom
🧡🧡🧡
You are an inspiration!!! I have a beautiful family of 5, due to health conditions of my own worsening the past few years I wasn't able to do much of the mom things, I had to sit by and watch other people do it. Watching you has been helping me to see that the little things that we deal with as moms are something we are privileged to experience as moms.
*Happy birthday Zoey!! You are such an amazing mom Alicia! Mothering isn’t easy but you do it effortlessly. Love the vlogs💜*
I have lost 2 babies, we got our blessings from god almost 6 years ago now. I understand where you come from! And even when I am stressing about things I am still so happy and blessed! I see you and your thinking! I am there my self! Now you have me bet lol 12 kids you are truly a rock star!!
As someone who lives in Rochester, I'm awaiting Wegmans to sponsor your channel. Your grocery haul videos are so relaxing.
Ditto as a former upstater 😂 I miss Wegman’s
I hope u have a nice weekend 🙏🏻 Dear wishes and hugs from other side of Atlantic 😇
And sorry for my bad English
So impressed with you and your family! ❤you definitely are an inspiration to me!!
Not sure if you know this or not. But almost all of the items you buy. Can be frozen for future use. Especially bread and lunch meat. We are a family of 5, and I freeze 10 loaves of bread a month. As well as I stock up on many things and freeze most of them.
You're such an amazing soul. Thank you!
Just know you have so many more kids online❤❤ I almost cried when you said you were proud of us. I am in college and don’t get to see my mom as much as I would like so I started watching you to make me feel better because you remind me of her. So thank you for doing what you do not only for your kids but for us as viewers as well!!
Happy Birthday Zoey have a wonderful birthday 🎉- loving watching your videos the last week or so as I got covid so they been helping with the recovery
You are a wonderful person, thank you for being you and THANK YOU for being here for those babies ❤️
🧡🧡🧡

Nice hack freeze your grapes for a summer time snack.
Just a tip :) Soft toothbrushes are better for you. the medium or hard ones can chip away at the enamel & also recede the gum line.
Have you ever tried wool dryer balls? We put about 4-5 in the dryer and they're reusable! It's better for the environment and helped cut out dryer sheet costs for us 🙂 They also help cut down on drying time!
Absolutely love these videos! And I got way too excited seeing someone else opens their creamer the same way I do 😂
You are a beautiful person inside and out. I was blessed with one son and had to have a hysterectomy, I cried and felt so empty and still do. I love children and my son is my life. I’m 53 and don’t have grandchildren so I just try to gather up all of the babies in my family and bring them with whenever I get a chance lol
