The Epic is certainly very Epic in every sense of the word! All the pcp air rifles coming out of the eastern block are sublime. That’s an absolute laser at 40M.

In the USA, if it's not a real gun, they usually have orange color on the tip of the gun. But this is a very powerful air gun, I don't know how they feel about tho it just color :)

Definitely a Marmite gun but I actually like it. Definitely edging to NERF gun looks but it's an impressive tool for accurate shooting. Cheers Andy have a good one.
Afternoon Andy, you would be better off putting up a 50m bench rest target for this type of gun when you do the shooting part as then people would the actual accuracy not just one hole getting bigger!!

Well it’s obviously accurate, but that muzzle brake is ridiculous, it would be more at home on a Barrat .50 cal. The colours make it look like a vcr act air soft gun. So it’s not for me, but whatever floats your boat. Cheers
Relax I think it’s just fitted to Vector Air’s colors which is cool to customize your Airgun to represent something. They have always been using colors, Like daystate. Yeah the bright orange looks a little nerf related but it’s vector airs colors it’s not trying to be anything else but a proper high quality pcp. Color is cool tbh I’m with it, Maybe make some lime green components
Strange some guns are to expensive and there are accurate guns for less, butt this is worth the money because some like ferrari and porsches. Seems your personal preference is a major factor in this.

Another “epic “ video and presentation!pun intended!, however, may I suggest that in future videos when you say, out at 30/40 metres you turn the camera round to show viewers just how far away the target actually is? A lot of people might just be surprised at how small the target actually appears to be.👍🏻

As a photographer I really welcome adopting the arca swiss mount, wish it was standard for everything. Also wish it was british or german made, so Ill have to pass.
Accurate, well engineered by the look of it, but really not my cup of tea. I wonder, Andy, would you be up for doing a test of something a little more old-school? Something like, say, an HW35 with a 4x40 or 3-9x40 scope with a 30/30 reticule?
I’m sure it’s a fantastic air rifle but it’s definitely not my cup of tea, if it’s not got a wooden stock then I’m not having it, I like things more traditional.

Jeez! Calm day, dialled in perfect, ammo perfectly matched, good glass on top (if you can afford it that is) like a Scmidt and Bender scope - that rifle will be single pellet hole in the ten and all twelve following shortly after. Couple of things though Andy? 1 - I'd liked to have seen a sub 12 slug target done. 2 - You could do with keeping your eyes down the scope and your cheek welded to the cheek weld, then feel out the cocking lever to load another pellet. It will reduce any sighting error you may have, causing flyers, getting back on the crosshairs. Just a CC. As usual a great rifle and a stonkingly good review!
is there any good sub12 slug guns (barrels) out there today. At the lower speed we have in sub12 I'm not convinced the better BC comes into play and the heavy slugs people use in FAC are just not applicable. Seems pretty good with pellets at sub12 ranges so can't see why Epic would do one (just my opinion :-) )
@@PaulBlundell-k7x a better BC would come into play MORE with sub 12s. With a higher muzzle energy of FAC rifles you can have a more rounded slug because you're propelling it that much more. I haven't seen sub 12 slugs but I would imagine that they're just that bit more "pointy" than the FAC versions?
@@BenBallard13 Every sub12 I have seen has a twist rate for pellets. I know FX, Daystate and others have tried slugs sub-12 and pellets out shoot them everytime. If people want more weight for hunting Hades again out perform slugs. FAC slugs make sense but sub12 I have not seen anything shoot better than the right pellet.
What they say about Marmite... "love it or hate it"... that was never true for me. I don't mind it, it's fine. It's kinda funny actually, because I'm autistic and I love a lot of flavour and sauce, but Marmite (not had it in years) is the only flavourful thing that I use sparingly. Maybe the "love or hate" thing has to do with how much you spread on your food. But yeah, it's fine... but not good enough to bother spending money on. The air rifle's cool, but it's not a bullpup tho... this is also okay imo. PS: "EBR"?

To be fair it's quite quiet with the muzzle break on, would be nice to hear it with the silencer on, nice rifle though.
Well it certainly makes a bold statement, doesn't it? The only bit of it I actually hate is the trigger blade, looks like te trigger off a NERF gun.

i wish i could get a rail like that for my tube two, the one there really are 100 -150 mm if not 250 mm too short
