My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Since it looks like that’s gonna be his girlfriend, he needs to move the cat potty system and put a seat in for her. Hopefully she eats some vegetables and Eric will have to try some with it. Also, it sounds like she knows the right temperature for steaks too.

A Large Bean bag chair would be more Comfortable and you can move it around, I don't know just my thoughts...
If your steak is bland then it’s usually missing one ingredient...salt. A good cut of meat/steak should only ever need the most basic of seasoning and that’s just salt and pepper. Beginning cooks tend to make the mistake of buying some all in one meat seasoning or rub because it has a famous chef name or something like that but this is wrong. Your best bet is to season very well with a nice course ground salt like kosher salt and use freshly ground black pepper. Yes it’s that easy. If you want to get fancy add some garlic. All you have to do is a quick RUclips search on how to grill a perfect seasoned steak and watch a few by actual chefs not backyard cooks to see what i’m talking about. Also temper your meat by pulling it out of the fridge and letting it sit at room temp for at least 20 min before cooking.
You said everything EXACTLY RIGHT. I TOTALLY agree with you. Im curious of your cooking method. I cook with a hot cast iron skillet with some bacon fat. Or do you do the reverse sear method? Do you cook with SS pan? Nonstick pan??
If you want flavor, get a ribeye about twice as thick as that one steak, cook it at a higher temperature with salt and pepper.

You should make a marinade for the chicken and steak. Place it in a container or ziploc bag and Let it set over night

Hey, just a little tip on cooking chicken, cook the legs in the microwave for a 5 minutes and then grill, this way it cooks more towards the bone, keeps the botulism down. Enjoy your time there on the race track. I've been watching you for a couple of years and have enjoyed your content.
I agree you have to cook legs for a long time. But I cook them covered in a pot for 45 minutes, then finish them off uncovered on the grill. That way they are fall off the bone. Legs need to be cooked very very well done.

@@mariemcallister688 Cook it in the pot with liquid like broth, onions, tomato, etc. Kind of like crock pot cooking. Then finish it with dry heat on the grill.
I always boil my chicken before the grill 💯

The fighter jets have nothing to do with the race. Nellis Air Force Base is literally right next to the speedway. Nellis AFB hosts the big Red Flag close combat fighter jet exercise and other military exercises multiple times per year since they are at the foot of massive ranges for practice.

What an awesome experience. I'm in Vegas and you'll definitely need to batten down the hatches for the high winds. FYI, Nellis Air Force base is right next to the Speedway. They are constantly doing training exercises. I'm in North West Vegas and they fly over us all the time.

If cooking ribeye or NY Strip.....poke holes in them on both sides with knife or fork. Sprinkle some Adolph's Meat Tenderizer on both sides along with some Lawry's Season Salt (just a light dusting, or it will get too salty.) You will thank me later. Can also add some garlic powder if you like.

it does fluctuate depending on devices connected and usage, but generally between 15-20w for me

Hi Eric. Nellis AFB is very near you. Fly overs are common. Stayed at Hitchin’ Post RV park several times. Has pool. Closed? Anyway, the various jets were fun to watch.

RV awning on Bigfoots is recessed into the RV. Very areodynamic actually and if you can't see it there, then the idea by Bigfoot works! yes, now two different cracks in the car windshield.
