Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Evelyn Infurna, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.
I prefer these shorter ones personally. Much more to the point and feel like I learn a lot more. Anyone else feel this, or just me? :) Keep it up guys!
You guys should do an entire episode dedicated to catching the fly. Have Sinclair up on wobbley chairs and tables, swinging a folded up news paper in a desperate attempt to catch it. It would be like that episode of Breaking Bad.
Storage is massive business all old commercial properties converted to storage especially off motorways or built up areas where can bee seen, also lots of container storage out in the sticks on old farm land. The issues is access, security and business rates and splitting up bigger units you get better £ per SQFT and our local storage unit near Worcester is owned by Nottingham Council Pension Fund. Fair play owning all containers with no Debt the bank should be chomping at the bit to lend.
I think the 8 Traits needs an incremental modification. Either 1-5 points per trait or 1-10. Rule a line under the current winner/s and create a new leader board. 😊

Thanks for the informative video,your information is incredible, however, knowing that everything related to investing. I advise traders, especially beginners, to research the market before entering it.I have to say there are more benefits to trading than just holding. Big thanks to Evelyn's Infurna who always keeps me updated. I am so glad I started her program.

It’s way in Manchester- down in London/Surrey- you will not find land available. Empty land is £7 -£9 per foot now
