With respect, The Hells Angels MC was founded in Berdoo (San Bernardino) in 1948 by Dick White and Norman Briggs who also founded the P. O. B. O. B. MC. Otto Friedli was not a founding member and Sonny Barger was but a young boy at the time.
The Hell's Angels in Canada are just a lot different than the Hells Angels in the United States. The Hell's Angels in Canada are basically all gangsters as opposed to the Hell's Angels in the United States where some of them aren't criminals at all. It's quite a bit different in Canada

You guys should both watch the movie “Mafia Inc” that came out last year. It’s about a fictional crime family in Montreal that takes place in the early 90’s- loosely based off the Rizzuto’s. In the movie they unite the bikers, the black gangs and the Irish. Honestly one of the best mafia movies I’ve ever seen. I really can’t recommend you guys watching it enough. Almost all of the movie is in Italian but there’s a good amount of French and English mixed in as well. Probably the most authentic feeling mafia films I’ve seen- more so than Goodfellas or Casino.

watch christys outlawn chronicles history channel series he stated the war with the outlaws was almost over but a few i forget the number of hells angels got jumped by the outlaws and he called Taco and tried to get the cuts back to keep the war from popping off again and Taco basically told him he couldn't do anything about it so christy told him that be the last time he heard from him and the wars been on full force ever since

Sonny didn't found the hell's angels. Otto Friedlli did in 1948. He was a member of the POBOBS and some of them broke away and started hells angels
Barger only founded the Oakland chapter of the Hells Angels. He did not start the club. Still he's no less instrumental in the growth of the Hells Angels.
He was not a charter member of Oakland.

Canada is also different because Canada has a national president where the United States doesn't have a national structure at all every chapter is autonomous. Walter stadnick was the national president in Canada while Mom Boucher was the Quebec Nomads president

I was watching another video and seen this title. They are historical Presidents of the HA and best well known, no question.
You guys are awesome. Only tip I could give as a viewer is to stop cutting each other off and talking over each other. I hope you don’t take that as me being an asshole because I love your show and will always support just wanted to give my opinion as a regular listener.

Actually from my research I've found them to be associated with the Rock Machine. They didn't like Hell's Angels hierarchy.
Quebec is the main source of drugs entering through the ports but its also a big Mob/81 ran province everything from cars motorcycles Guns .etc but from there its travels through the rest of Canada, Quebec is a Beautiful City with Beautiful ski resorts definitely goto Quebec over BC/Alberta

Yea they were probably heavy drinkers and smokers. Didn’t Dog the Bounty Hunters wife die the same way? They used to smoke so much it made me sick and I’m a smoker myself. When people are bad chain smokers, they light a cigarette after doing anything. They’ll light one up just because they bought a new pack, got in the car,finished writing a long text message, walked the dog,a movie is starting or finishing. They probably went through 2 packs a day easy. I smoke about 12 a day and when your at 40 a day that’s a huge problem. It’s a nasty habit and very addictive, I wish I never started but I always been a very light smoke until something traumatic happened to me. I’m talking 3 to 5 a day. Now I’m at 12 to 15 which is pretty bad. I’m just going to keep trying until I finally stop. I know I’ll snap out of it one day.

He acted like a typical hard ass mother when dealing with his patched members. Scolding them, giving them instructions, making them repeat instructions, making sure they got fed before going to do crimes, murders etc. Some one said ok mom and the name stuck. He was well loved by a large populace of Quebec which was/still is pretty corrupt.and a bad dude.
