Weapon glyphs: Focus the Flames, Whiplash Refresh, anything that makes burn or scorched sweep/earth stronger - by far the strongest and most spammable basic attacks you have, which then refresh your runics. Perfect perks: Soulless Assault for relic recharge. Raging Realm Shift for additional time slowdown when your relic isn’t active Optional: Raging Affliction, Raging Fury for more rage buildup. These can help if you’re not charging your relic fast enough, but they’re not absolutely necessary.
