- GB News has heard from eyewitnesses that a teacher has been stabbed at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman school in Carmarthenshire, and two others have been harmed.
One person has been arrested after the incident at Amman Valley School (Ysgol Dyffryn Aman) in Carmarthenshire, Dyfed-Powys Police said.

Also, given the instance of a firearm vs a knife, in a UK school where everything is enclosed and tight with very tight corners, a knife is much worse than a firearm.

I knew a head teacher at a school in north London who said he had to deal with the aftermath of about one stabbing per week. That was 50 years ago.

When I used to go to school (I'm now in my eighties - sob) a lot of boys used to carry penknives in their pockets, but they were never used as weapons. They were used as tools to cut things...rope, twigs etc. They often came in handy. Now some kids go around with Rambo type knives in their school bags, and these aren't for trying to create bows and arrows as we used to do. 🎯 Life has become much more sinister.
