I also have the diagnosis Psoriatric Arthritis. There is nothing in my blood to proof. No inflammation, no arthritisfactor. Only joint paint an bad skin on my head and ears... Never thought this would be arthritis.

Built from broken is a great read! Reading through it now and the biggest realization is the impact of isometric exercises. Something I something I wouldn't have thought of. So thanks for the recommendation!

This was a wonderful watch. @IsabellaDoring5 is an inspiration. So young to have to deal with all this. I was diagnosed with PsA a year ago and am only just recently starting a plant based diet. Stories like Isabella's are such a huge help and so motivational. I want to be smiling like Isabella! Thank you for sharing this wonderful chat. ❤💪🫑🍄

Awesom interview! Some questions I'd love to know:
    1) how long did the general process from starting the program to full recovery take?
    2) how long is the general evening dinner to morning breakfast fast? I guess around 12 hours? Or 14?

hi!! So I would say it would've been 3-4 months (about the length of reintroducing foods) if I didn't rush into intense physical activity for a couple months. This added a couple months to get to full recovery where I am now :) and 2) mine is usually 12, some days I can do longer!

@@TradeVibeLive I dont really take supplements because they can get pricey. In terms of getting back to high intensity exercise, my advice would be to listen to your body! What I did at the beginning what did what I could without pain. Movement is key for keeping inflammation at bay, but too much intensity when you are in acute pain could make u feel worse. Work within your available range of motion, and do what you can. Consistency is KEY! This also helps so much with the mentally block of equating physical exercise with pain. This was and still sometimes is a great mental barrier for me to overcome. A whole food, plant based diet paired with consistent movement is what the program is about and has now help me for 2 years!!
