I've cooked this! Very nourishing! As for taste, decent and worth making but, personally speaking, I think a better tasting green soup is out there somewhere. Therefore my quest continues! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Wow. Was that fennel root? We mostly get fennel leaves and seeds here, not sure about roots.. can i use leaves instead?
Thanks. Looks great and nutritious. The only thing I'd leave out is the fennel which I'm not particularly partial to.
Can it be stored in the freezer? An if so, for how long?
I used to run a cafeteria. You pretty much can freeze almost anything and no reason why you cannot freeze this soup. I would try to use it within 3 months.
Whats that thing you're using to blend the greens inside the soup?

I'm about to cook this - I'm just concerned that with the potato going in raw, it won't be cooked through.
