I relapsed on 40th day. After that I can't start. Again and again it happened. I understood one minute is enough to kill 40 years old person. Today is my 1st day.

I hardly have any urge to relapse, but for some reason the mornings can be a little difficult. It's definitely important to stay busy though. You don't want to relapse just because you're bored. No, please don't make the mistake thinking dopamine is bad. It is NOT. We need dopamine. It is excessive dopamine from artificial stuff, like for example online adult entertainment, that is just TOO much for the reward center to handle. Never become afraid of natural activities.

I think you already know the tools my friend. Physical exercise, cold showers and meditation will all help your brain become sharper. In addition to that, as far as staying away from relapses go, you need to try to lessen the fear of them. If you fear relapses before your exam, it will make ju so stressed out that the risk of actually relapsing increase. So, even though the exam is important, try to relax your attitude a bit, as truth be told: Life is not to be taken too seriously, because if we do, then what point is there? :) Get to know all of your triggers and try to be super aware of them. If you happen to relapse, don't beat yourself up about it. Just do your best, because that's all you can do...which should feel like a relief for everyone really. I eat A LOT of meat and I am on day 500 something. Sugar, on the other hand, will make you relapse more often. I have talked about that in some of my articles on my website. As for the diet again, when it comes to a particular kind...It really makes not that big of a difference. It's fine that we all have a particular diet we believe in, but don't make the mistake thinking it is the end all be all. Flexible thinking guys, flexible thinking.

bro, i would suggest taking supplements like l arginine to increase blood flow on your penis. The reasons it shrinks is because of all those x amount of time fapping and releasing semen which releases a certain % of blood flow down there as well. The more you continue this cycle, the less blood flow you’ll have the more it will shrink and not be able to get up

Eating non veg has an impact atleast on asians. I am from india its hard for me to control the urges if i take in non veg my personal experience.
