  • I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

He said the beavers would probably be back tonight to clog this up again then he added, "But I'll also be back." I got a laugh out of that. In the ongoing battle between Post and the beavers, the beavers obviously don't know who they're messing with! My money's on Post!

The 4k Is DEFINETLY helping with your bit rate issues from the water. One thing to keep in mind is that the Camera 2 view will also use up the bit rate, so on certain videos where it is much worse, removing the little camera 2 window could help. Though I do really like that it's there in most videos!

During the winter, a biking lane i walk my dog (and here in the Netherlands, biking lanes are holy to us), leaves were clogging the wells here and there beside the lane, at the end one was clogging constantly because they paved the lane a decade ago and one well is laying deep now, so clogs easily. One little stick i pushed through and it had a current and the whole puddle was gone in a minute. It froze that night so anyone on the bikes in the morning could have slipped on the ice.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 That metal bar you found is part that helps tow trucks haul vehicles - when they back up to towed vehicle- and use the lift, they usually have to slide a bar in from behind the tire that (right angles across) to support the tire to hold it up and the long side with all the holes- slide into the front part that backed up to the front in a receiver welded to the end edge- 1 on each side. If it was not put back in holder on deck of tow truck- they will bounce and fall off and severe enough bumps will make them fly up and out of their holders.

You know what would be a really cool shot of a culvert, in my opinion? If you put a camera on the entrance side of it filming along the length of the culvert, and then creating a vortex so that you can see the air bubble reaching all the way to the other side. That would be neat.

Well I stumbled upon a street draining you did I don't know how far back but it was something I had kind of done before. I live in cow country in Michigan. There are a lot of either wood lands, swamps, corn fields or cow pastures ... And sometimes Yards flood when the river floods after snow fall. I actually played with digging trenches to let the water flow from people's yards into the drain ditches that all have maybe two foot wide culverts that lead the water into the river. It was a lot of fun to figure how to direct it around and so your video just kinda caught my attention. I also observe that you are very active in alot of things with a genuine interest and happiness in what you do. Most guys sit around and play video games and you would think in areas like where I live there would be more guys interested in this stuff. Just wanted to tell you it is nice to see a person period get this kind of happiness out of this. Wish there were more around. 😊
