Just because he is not holding as significant of a position does not mean his character isn’t developed in the webcomic.

@@Fujgen161I think you could argue Psyrochi is slightly stronger overall, even if you include the Gaia cannon, because it takes time to charge up, although I too always thought that the Gaia cannon was stronger than anything Psyrochi showed, and the only reason Psyrochi was that strong was because of Orochi and God, Psykos is weak as shit compared to Orochi and the only reason she got strong was because God helped her overpower Orochi's influence, and she still couldn't completely overpower him. He was built different. Regardless of who is stronger, it's a safe bet that Psyrochi would have been way stronger if Orochi wasn't massively weakened when they fused, not to mention Psykos is trash at fighting compared to Orochi which is why Tatsumaki mocked her. I still think that Tatsumaki would have won at full power against Orochi, but I think it would have been an insanely hard fight, she was able to easily block some of Psyrochi's beams, but the Gaia cannon is stronger than any of the beams she blocked so while I think she could block it, I think it would tax her significantly. Regardless of who'd win though it's clear that Orochi isn't weak at all like the other guy said and I'm upset we didn't get to see the S class's reaction to Orochi copying Silverfang and then Bomb's technique. We know how much better those two are fighting than the other heroes involved so them seeing they are fighting a much stronger version of either of them would probably scare them shitless lol.
