@@filipnoble5146 I haven't read the manga about garou vs Saitama fight or chapters after 70 but A general logic ( I suppose) would tell you that fighting elite heroes and monsters while on the verge of dying along with determination and discipline ( I agree that both Saitama and garou have that ) would make you stronger than doing push ups etc
