Wow, was Fox's coverage bad, way too many commercials and interviews right in the middle of two 17 and 15 minute races. Also, I can see why they moved the race from a golf course in Orlando back to Balboa Park in San Diego. Smallest crowd I've seen in all of the FLXC championships.

How do you qualify for the region meet?
Anyone can run at the regional meet, you just have to register and sign up. Top 10 from each region goes to the Footlocker National meet.
