Alr, so when you combine a lvl1 enchanted item with a lvl1 enchanted item, it gives lvl2, pretty obvious. But it doesn't work the way you think it does, you see - when you combine a lvl2 enchanted item with a lvl2 enchanted item, it gives a LVL3 ENCHANTED ITEM, WHICH MEANS YOU NEED TWO OF THE SAME LEVEL ITEM TO GET ONE LEVEL UPGRADED!
