I honestly enjoyed terraria ALOT, more than minecraft ngl, I never touched it until back in january, I completed it less than a week. The items, bosses, buffs, pets, the music and don't even mention the zoologist **chef's kiss.** Although as for multiplayer, I had so much fun in terraria too but minecraft takes the cake for playing w/ friends, definitely.

I believe Terraria is great for building, & I enjoy it more. You get a lot of tiles to work with, just like Minecraft, but you can mix & match paints on different tiles to make entirely new ones! No game is better than the other, because it's not really fair to compare two legends that are entirely different.
It's pretty good up until Queen Bee, but once you're getting ready to face funny bone man, there's other good choices like the Bee Gun, Space Gun, and Zapinator, but Diamond Staff should still suffice.

3:41 to be fair, items dropping on death really doesn't work in Terraria. In hardmode or later it's quite easy to get stuck in a death loop with enemies that are way too strong for your puny copper shortsword. Since Minecraft doesn't have basically any enemy progression, it works.
Minecraft has enemy progression, I play on hard and at the beginning of the game you get normal zombies but the game goes you get zombies with full iron armour with enchanted swords and also skeletons with armour and enchanted bows and then if you are unlucky you get a diamond armour mini zombie

I like both, I use Terraria for relaxation, As it is like 2d Minecraft (Let me finish) and loads faster, I also use it for situations with frequent interruptions. I use Minecraft for a more immersive/familiar feel (I have been a Minecrafter much longer.) And building. I again use Terraria for an adventure, As it is much more than just 2d Minecraft, Despite similarity s.(Thanks for letting me finish.) It is also a higher quality environment despite less dimensions. I like both as each has unique mechanics (Hoiking vs Riptide Trident(i.e.)). Both are amazing games, Thx Notch and Re-Logic, You have each made the world a better place!😃
When Terraria first came out it was seen by many as a minecraft rip-off or just the 2d version of minecraft. As a result Terraria went hard in the high fantasy exploration/rpg direction so that the two games became very distinct both statistically and gameplay-wise (while still having a unifying blocky sandbox building sim at their core). However, as Minecraft got more and more updates it became more and more fantastical and rpg-like like Terraria. So I find it funny that Terraria started out copying minecraft, but it ended with Minecraft copying Terraria.
well... as a minecraft player new to terraria, i'd say terraria is mildly easy to progress in general while minecraft is a lot easier to progress at the start but really hard to actually beat the game.
Terraria has a harder beginning and a less difficult end as long as you got the right gear. Minecraft has an easier beginning and a more difficult end even with the right gear (excluding the use of beds)

A lot of people think Minecraft has two bosses, which it does. If you don’t count the elder guardian, which is a miniboss so it makes sense not to count it. But still people don’t really acknowledge the elder guardian
Don't forget The Raid, it doesn't really count as neither a Boss or Mini-Boss, but is just as Hard.

I like MC and terraria mods, MC mods are mostly for creating and look cool, Terraria mods are just a lot bigger, only calamity adds around 4000 items and are more ballanced.

but Minecraft doesn't make a whole modpack with a single mod, it needs to be a modpack to really achieve that thing, There are modpacks that add up to 400 mods and so add more than 26000 items and a lot of mobs aswell

I like both, I use Terraria for relaxation, As it is like 2d Minecraft (Let me finish) and loads faster, I also use it for situations with frequent interruptions.
I use Minecraft for a more immersive/familiar feel (I have been a Minecrafter much longer.)
And building.
I again use Terraria for an adventure, As it is much more than just 2d Minecraft, Despite similarity s.(Thanks for letting me finish.) It is also a higher quality environment despite less dimensions. I like both as each has unique mechanics (Hoiking vs Riptide Trident(i.e.)).

When Terraria first came out it was seen by many as a minecraft rip-off or just the 2d version of minecraft. As a result Terraria went hard in the high fantasy exploration/rpg direction so that the two games became very distinct both statistically and gameplay-wise (while still having a unifying blocky sandbox building sim at their core). However, as Minecraft got more and more updates it became more and more fantastical and rpg-like like Terraria. So I find it funny that Terraria started out copying minecraft, but it ended with Minecraft copying Terraria.

I’ve beaten Terraria plenty of times, but ive never successfully beaten minecraft, so i can confidentley say minecraft is harder
well... as a minecraft player new to terraria, i'd say terraria is mildly easy to progress in general while minecraft is a lot easier to progress at the start but really hard to actually beat the game.
Terraria has a harder beginning and a less difficult end as long as you got the right gear. Minecraft has an easier beginning and a more difficult end even with the right gear (excluding the use of beds)
