Does anyone remember the time when phone unboxing videos were fun and full of excitement to see what little goodies the manufacturer had packed in with the phone.... Now, thanks to apple it's just the phone and power cable.... 😑😑😑
Tbh the best phone and the best experience whilst unboxing it for me personally was the samsung s7 Edge :( Time has passed so quickly and now we're at samsung s22

I upgraded from 12 to 13 last year. The 13 is still the perfect iPhone for majority of people. Going to have to see what happens next year. This year barely any changes.
agreed, the 13 pro max and 14 pro max are basically the same but i love having the latest phone so i had to cop :)

What I don’t understand is with E-SIM say your phone dies and refuses to start up, how do you get your number on a temp phone without going to the service providers - who’ll soon start charging “activation fees”

How do you connect to the E SIM card from other countries
The 2x zoom isn't optical. It's a crop from the 48MP sensor.
Neither do you get 6x optical zoom.

In the UK; you have a slot for 1 nano sim card and allowed to download additional eSim. That's not the case with the one you are unboxing

Got mine coming Friday/Saturday upgraded from a 12 pro max, my partner has the 14 pro max and its a great upgrade with a big difference in camera quality, speaker quality for music etc and the display is noticeably better. Just can’t decide what case to go for as I want one that’ll have dust covers for the charging port 😅

Canadas iPhone 14 line still has the SIM card tray and apple has to switch to usb c by I think next year or year after as they lost a Lawsuit to the EU and has now forced them to chnsge

I can't believe that people are loving a notch that expands. I thought we are supposed to hate it before
Having it as notification panel- fine. But interacting with it is ergonomical nightmare

It was hated before cause it was wasted space. Now it's a useful feature, and more importantly, something different. Not easy to standout anymore, so for now it's kinda cool. And especially with a 6.7" display, your eyes can only focus on so much.
@@topspot4834 it doesnt look aesthetically pleasing though. In fact it's slightly worse than the notch. Try watching a video and also some other apps

I don't know if people notice, there's more wasted space above the "island" than the actual 5 year old notch which is slimmer.

The way iOS is designed already wastes a shit ton of space both on top and especially below the actual content. I doubt the island makes a difference (though notches will always be less distracting than cutouts when watching videos IMO)
I don't disagree, but how much of the display are you actually focused on? I don't like the notch cause it's wasted space, but the island is interactive which is why people are making such a huge deal about it. So simple but perfectly executed.
You don’t have to be a sook if you can’t afford it lmao. DI is better than the 100% space wasted in the notch.

I'm a happy very new Oppo Find X5 Pro 5G owner and boy What an incredible peace of hardware it is awesome!!!and I feel possibly one of very few remaining brands that still give you a "proper unboxing" experience. 1.full size box

I bought Oppo after I had few Huawei's and was dissapointed... 2 years on now its laggy buggy the phone shuts down on me when overloaded ... so I ordered iphone 14 pro max had two iphones some time ago was most reliable phones I had.
@@MrEgidijus1995 That’s the only trouble I had the Samsung galaxy S 22 absolutely love the phone love the features the customisation everything about it but sometimes it will just lag and it would do my head in and there’s not for support for different things so in Snapchat you can’t have dark mode even when you four star mode in developer options or TikTok I kept on accidentally missed clicking as well and if you have gesture navigation you can go back either way left or right it’s terrible it should be one way because I was scrawling through Instagram it would go back all the time by accident so right now i sold my phone to my dad and I I’m this old iPhone 6s Plus I will keep it till the iPhone 15 pro and then I will get the pro one haves me time to save up The last iPhone I had was the iPhone 11 btw

i haven't had an iphone since 2016 (iphone 4s), just purchased an iphone 14 pro max, they should have included the power brick as alot of people like myself who don't usually buy iphones do not have last year's power brick etc. and for what we are paying it's ridiculous to spend an additional amount on something that should be included in the box

Anyone else come here to make sure the phone you were sent was a new never used phone? This is the first iPhone I remember that didn’t have clear plastic. I thought my phone was used so I had to double check against an unboxing video.
